Vacation rentals with a patio in Margaret River

Great location, very convenient, walk to everything. The accomodation was neat, clean and had everything we needed.

We had a great experience with our 2-year-old who loved spending time with the animals, especially the guinea pigs and bunnies ($5 for the animal food). Super convenient to have a fun and engaging activity to burn off some energy a stone’s throw away. As mentioned in the listing, you can hear sounds from the main house which didn’t bother us but might be relevant for others. Stella was a welcoming and responsive host. Would visit again!

The theme of Black and White is striking. Loved the contrast, Cutlery, 🥄 Bedding, Kitchen.. every thing stands out like a great place for a break. Clean and neat Bathroom… lots of natural light too. And Lizzie is a great host 😊.

Had a fabulous stay in Prevelly. The host was super helpful. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for the week. The best part was that it was right across the road from the beach and right in the middle of the Cape to Cape.

Absolutely loved the space and our hosts made it easy and comfortable! Thanks so much for the stay, looking forward to seeing Margaret river again in the future :)

Highly recommend ‘Escape to Seattle’ for your next Southwest stay. Our first ever air b n b experience, and from the moment we arrived, we fell in love with this gorgeous lil home away from home. Beautifully appointed. Beautiful garden and outlook, so peaceful. Compact, quiet private home, yet very spacious! Abundant, lovely fresh linen. After busy days of driving, exploring Perths beautiful southwest stunning coastline, venturing to inland towns, it was heaven to return home to Seattle, a bit like getting a warm hug at the end of the day. We will definitely be back!

The place is incredible, such a beautifully kept home in a quiet peaceful spot. Best part was that it accommodates for kids, with a trampoline, chickens, kids books and a box of duplo. It’s the small things that really made our stay special. Cris was also an exceptional host and was friendly and very responsive.

Beautiful property exactly as pictured. Large bedrooms, a large living space and a well kept backyard. The front garden was also neat and easy to park a car. The bathrooms were spotless and very comfortable to use, washer was also handy for cleaning some soiled clothes from an entire day of exploring the area. AC was in the living room and main bedroom and helped with the colder nights, otherwise the house had great ventilation in the day to stay cool in May. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed to prepare a meal, and also generous coffee/teas provided that perked us up in the mornings. This was a beautiful property that is well taken care of and we’d like to stay here again if we’re back in the area!

Werner is a wonderful host, easy to communicate with and make everything easy for us when we booked a last minute stay when a friend flew in for a surprise visit. The cottage is beautiful, cosy, and the outlook to the garden and dam is private and peaceful. There were thoughtful little touches that you don’t see in many places - complimentary firewood, a bottle of delicious, locally produced wine, some breakfast museli, a loaf of bread, a bottle of milk in the fridge, and all you need to prepare meals. The cottage has history, character and a warm soul that made it the perfect place for us to settle in and relax, catching up on all the life events since we’d last seen each other. The beds were very comfortable, everything was clean, tidy and easy to find. The back veranda is the perfect place to sit and stare at the view while enjoying a cuppa or a glass of wine. Melissa’s place was the perfect base for our Dunsborough getaway. Tucked away in a peaceful corner of town, it felt like our own private retreat—surrounded by nature but still just minutes from the beach, cafes, and wineries. Melissa was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and full of local tips (her recommendation for Meelup Beach and a sunset at Sugarloaf Rock was spot on!). If you’re heading to the Margaret River region and want a calm, stylish place to unwind, Melissa’s place is a gem. We’re already dreaming of coming back.

We had a great stay at Peta’s property. It was gorgeous, spacacious and clean with a homey feel. The bed was very comfortable and it had everything we needed. The property is a short walk to town and local shops and restaurants. It did have a large indoor fireplace however there was no firewood supplied to utilise - there was aircon in the main area that we used which worked great and electric blankets on the beds. Would stay again!

Thanks for having me! It was perfect for us while in town for a couple of weeks catching up with friends, going surfing and exploring the region :)
