Unit was exactly as pictured. Terrace is amazing with views changing with the sun. Comfy couch with recliners great for relaxing after walking the city. Kitchen had lots of supplies but we didn’t use kitchen. Host very responsive and good communication. Videos sent to find unit and access keys at checkin really useful.

The accommodation is very conveniently located, the service is very friendly from the man in the booth, like the hosts, the place is very well equipped and comfortable, with a very warm atmosphere, we felt at ease, without hesitation we recommend it and will return, Thank you for your attention.

We loved the place, the photos don't do it justice. If you are looking for something downtown, this is the place to be, very close to the Callejón del Beso. The place has everything and the beds are delicious. Super recommended.

The house IS VERY spacious and beautiful, easy to access, clear instructions and good host. Everything is excellent, the only detail is the location since it is somewhat withdrawn from the center and depending on where you go it may not be SO practical, although at the event that I attended it was perfect

The Airbnb was very clean and well-equipped with everything you need, my family and I had a good experience, at first it was a bit confusing when we arrived but if you follow the host's directions you won't have any problems, the Airbnb is located just 10 minutes from downtown and is located in a very quiet neighborhood. 100% recommended.

Perfect location in the heart of the city center. And Alejandra was extremely responsive.. when my bus arrived six hours late to Guan. she made arrangements for me to still have a smooth check in.

Great Host . Place was spectacular. If i come to Guanajuato in the future, this would be the first place i will look into booking again. View was beautiful & the swing is great especially to look at the night view of the city.

Excellent service, Erika surpassed assisting us in every way! We stayed in the Villa and it’s super spacious, and really nice. At night there is such a beautiful view to the city. The town is only a 10 min drive and the staff can coordinate rides into town. (Only $5) honestly the town gets pretty loud with the musical festivities so Casa Estrellas location is ideal so you can relax when you’re not in town. Definitely recommend, and would return.

Everything was very good with the apartment, it has an accessible location and the stay was comfortable

The instructions were perfect to access the unit, photos were a big help too. It was exactly as the photos showed and a great space. Everything was there, additional blankets, a fan and even heaters! Leonel was extremely responsive for any questions and he provided water for our entire 1 month stay. He also provided cleaning once a week which I have never had in an Airbnb, it was fantastic. Overall it was a great stay, restaurants and shopping are only a 5-7 minute walk, the center square and beautiful park are all do close. Guanajuato was a fun experience and Leonel was a wonderful host, I would highly recommend.
