Nestled in a 4000 m² park with a heated swimming pool (in season, with extra charge), access gate and safety shutter, it guarantees calm and serenity while being close to the historic center, its shops and restaurants. Our mill is on the outskirts of the village of Champagne et Fontaine, in the Southwest of France. The Moulin La Vergne is a newly renovated 18th century water mill located on the river Lizonne. The room is a private flat with all essential amenities and a homely feel, with a private terrace overlooking the historical water run which flows through and around the building. Our location is quiet and rural, offering a peaceful and tranquil opportunity to recharge batteries and unwind.

And in autumn comes the popular mushroom season in our area! Relax in a quiet and serene environment.

The Bumbles Cabin on the Lake

Our beautiful cosy cabin has been recently built to enable our guests to enjoy our stunning lake and relaxing surroundings. It is totally private and the perfect place to relax. If you would like to fish, the lake is fully stocked with fantastic fish up to 35kg, fishing costs 12€ per 24hrs and equipment is available to hire for 12€ as well if required. A BBQ, firepit, and a pool (June-September) ensure that your stay will be idyllic in this picturesque setting.

In the heart of Périgord Blanc, 10 minutes from Périgueux, the capital of Dordogne. Nestled in an enclosed and wooded area, not overlooked, in a country and rejuvenating setting, come and stay in a comfortable and charming trailer. Fully equipped, it has a bedroom area with storage (bed linen provided) A bathroom with shower and sink. A very functional kitchenette. Dry toilet outside as well as a jacuzzi (seasonal) and various spaces dedicated to relaxation.

Animal lovers will be able to cuddle the donkeys, goats, miniature horses and sheep black nose of the Valais in complete freedom , while fishing enthusiasts can practice carp and pike on our 3 ponds. A private tour of the farm as well as the feeding of the alpacas for 1 hour will be offered. You can live a special and unforgettable moment of zen next to our alpacas .

A beautiful 30 m2 studio totally independent of the neighboring property. With a pool shared with the owner. The studio has a fully equipped kitchen area, dining and living area, and a nice sleeping area with a 160 cm bed. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink and walk-in shower. The private terrace overlooks unobstructed countryside views. The owner's house is adjacent but she remains very discreet or even absent.

Olive 3* 2p gîte with private hot tub, Périgord Noir

Very nice 3* studio (classified by Etoiles de France in January 2021), quiet in the countryside with a 1.5 hectare garden. Perfect for a nature stay in the Black Perigord, between Lascaux and Sarlat. Ideal 2 adults, private therapeutic hot tub open year-round, outdoor, not covered, terrace. Since the bedroom is upstairs, the accommodation is not suitable for people with disabilities.
