I needed a stay, in an unforeseen last minute, and it was a blessing to find this place. Even with the unforeseen, Joana was very solicited and agile since the delivery of the key, the approval of the rent in the app. I highly recommend it. A place to be happy!

The space is excellent and perfectly suited my family (we are a couple with 2 small children). The room has a comfortable sofa and Smart TV that worked very well for the moments of rest. The kitchen is well equipped, with quality utensils and appliances in great condition. The difference was the filter with natural and cold water, something super practical and necessary, especially with children. The room is spacious and allows you to join the beds, which was ideal to better accommodate our children. The bathroom is also spacious, which makes it easy to change clothes, and the shower has great flow and temperature. Even with a lot of luggage, we found plenty of room to organize everything in a practical way. From the 1st contact, Jefferson was very attentive, always concerned about our comfort. We easily negotiated check-in and check-out times, which made all the difference. We would definitely come back and recommend the accommodation without any reservations. Everything was great! Nothing to complain about, from the building staff to the residents, all cordial and attentive! The street in front of the apartment's balcony is busy, but the location is great, a few steps and we were already at the beach! We intend to come back more often 🥰

This was our first experience on the App…And we were happy that everything went well. As for Fernando, he was always very helpful and answered questions quickly and kindly, showing that he was ready to help. As for the apartment, we felt right at home, clean and organized environment, basic but necessary kitchen utensils. The local staff are very attentive/polite. Those were days of anxiety for the long-awaited trip. Finally the long-awaited day arrived, where my expectations were very well met, the apartment is impeccable, clean, organized, air-conditioned, the kitchen is complete with a drinking fountain. We stayed on the beach in front of the island, visited the aquarium and went to the emissary in the historic center, rode the cable car and then went to Montserrat. Our trip was unforgettable, my husband and our young children loved it, I intend to return other times. Gratitude 😍

Wonderful weekend! Impeccable house, with good location, clean, organized and all new. Ventilador in all the rooms, well organized barbecue with all the necessary utensils both in the house and on the barbecue. Large pool, catching sun at all times, making it the same with the pleasant temperature all day. The Host gave us the will at all times and was helpful whenever requested, check in and check out without any problems. If we have a chance, we will be back for sure.

I went with my family and friends, the house is just perfect! Well aired, enooooorme, all rooms with air conditioning, has all the kitchen utensils. A muuuuito house clean and organized. It had clean bed clothes in all the rooms. The swimming pool is a delight, a lot of sunshine that is still hotter still rs. The house is very close to the beach, we love and want to come back!!

I highly recommend the house, very spacious and comfortable, quiet street… The pool surprised me, from the photo it looks smaller than it really is, we were 5 people in the pool and there was still a good space for more people… About the Hosts no comments, super flexible with check-in, Mr. Reinaldo treated us super well, super attentive and helpful… Rafael is the best. Cristina also treated us super well, I will definitely be back with my family.
