The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped, with good heating and with access and ocean views. Complex amenities make it enjoyable at all times of the year, 24h reception, maid service, elevator and carport, heated pool... all excellent. The location is unbeatable, quiet and with private access to the sea. Undoubtedly a highly recommended place and the host, Luciano was very attentive, gave us advice and attention at all times. For a getaway or a good vacation, as a couple or as a family, it's ideal. We hope to be back soon.

The house is very nice, functional and equipped. Excellent security (mobile around the neighborhood at all times). We went with our pet and the perimeter fence gave us peace of mind. The wooded background should contribute cool in summer. I can't give an opinion on the pool: time did not accompany The mattress in perfect condition which ensured a good rest. The ideal place to escape from the chaos, the apartment's surroundings are amazing, several kilometers of forest, a chapel outside that is worth visiting and the beach a few meters from where you have breakfast. The apartment is impeccable, clean, neat wherever you look and has everything you need during your stay. The best sunset can be seen from that balcony. A stunningly equipped apartment next to the ocean. There was everything you needed and even more. You could watch the sunset from the balcony, and the beach was only a 3-minute walk away. We really wanted to stay longer.

A lovely place for a family beach vacation! The apartment was a great size for us, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was excellent, and it was a perk to have beach service included. We also enjoyed the indoor heated pool on rainy days, and the covered garage was also a bonus! I would definitely recommend staying here!

It was difficult to get to the accommodation, after 5 hours of travel the location did not match the apartment. The photos, being taken from a drone, were not recognized even by people from nearby hotels. The building name was not in the listing details, nor were nearby references. That was quite frustrating upon arrival. Otherwise it is comfortable, very well located, has beach service, and the heated pool was clean. The water in the showers never came out hot, but rather lukewarm, but the towel service and the staff were nice.

We had an excellent stay, The apartment was spotless, just like the photos or better, very well equipped and in an unbeatable area. The indoor pool is heated and has security. We could not enjoy the rest of the amenities in the apartment because the location was incredible and we had beautiful days that always invited us to go out, so we will not hesitate to return to enjoy the experience that invites this residence. Both Eva and Carlos are always attentive to any need or help they can offer!

Everything was very good, the stay was perfect! And the house is very comfortable and livable!

The cabin is comfortable and warm. The outdoor space with a grill and table is spacious and we really enjoyed it. Ideal for families (and if you bring your pet too :). Sebastian is very friendly. As for security, it has bars and an alarm, we had no problems. The location is very good, steps away from the sea and a few blocks from markets and restaurants. I would definitely come back.

The apartment's facilities were very good, you don't need anything else. Pedro answered our questions every time we spoke to him. Very efficient service (breakfast, towels, cleaning and beach items). The only thing we'd point out is that access to the beach is not comfortable, since you have to climb a dune. As well as the access from the apartment we occupied to the amenities.

We stayed with six friends and honestly we didn't find a single negative point. Everything was perfect. From the first moment we felt right at home. Cris and Griselda were super loving and attentive, always available for whatever we needed. The house is not just another Costa Esmeralda house: it is a home. But the kind that are built with a lot of love. It's evident in every corner. It has a lot of space, several bathrooms, everything so comfortable that it's hard for us to imagine a better house. We went in winter, and the radiant tile next to the fireplace made us always super comfortable. You don't feel the cold at any time! In fact, we didn't want to leave. But when we did, we had the beach just one block away. Thank you Cris for sharing your beach house with us. It was, without a doubt, the best experience we had in a home. I hope we'll be back soon.

We chose the place for its location and the warmth the photos conveyed. It was perfect for my wife and me. Maria and Camila were incredibly accommodating—even adjusting to our late arrival and late check-out. The apartment is beautiful and cosy. We arrived on a cold winter night, and they had the heating on, which made us feel instantly at home. It had all the essentials—basic ingredients, cookware, a comfy bed with quality linen, and smart TVs for streaming. We spent a rainy night inside with wine and a movie. The gas BBQ on the balcony was great—we grilled meats and roasted veggies. On Father's Day, the sun came out and we enjoyed a run along the beach nearby. We had three perfect days to unwind and relax. Highly recommended—we’d come back in a heartbeat.
