Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Maple Ridge

We had an enjoyable stay at Rosanna’s place. The place was very comfortable, clean and exactly as described. The beds are comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. Overall atmosphere made it easy to relax. Was very peaceful due to off season. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent, short family stay. Cottage had everything we needed, even stuff not described in listing. Neighborhood is lovely and quiet and safe. Shared amenities, pool, etc are excellent, including a brilliant toddlers playroom which isn’t mentioned anywhere but is a saviour on a rainy day. Helpful host. Would recommend and stay again.

Nice house, accurately described, great location! One thing the description doesn't mention is that there are DINOSAURS (made out of driftwood) along the beach, which was a super cool surprise. One thing to note is that the house is close to the refinery, so there are lights at night and some smells, although low tide accounts for some of that and can't be avoided.

One of our favorite experiences on Airbnb in years. There are countless thoughtful touches to this Airbnb - the generous snacks/drinks, extra space heaters in individual rooms, chargers in the common spaces, the curated movie collection. It's additionally absolutely spotless, easy check in, with a responsive and kind host. A stand out - you won't regret it!

It was a nice surprise to have AC in the unit. It was a very nice place to stay, very spacious and comfortable. It was kid friendly in that it had a highchair and playpen, but lots of fragile things. It had everything we needed for the kitchen and had lots of room to move around. I loved that there were so many comfy areas to hang out and that it's so close to the lake. It was a great place for our needs and I would consider returning.

My partner and I had a great stay here! It was quiet and cozy and a nice escape from the city. It was quick and easy to get to Mt. Baker for a fun day of skiing!

All good, the only small challenge is heating control is not available for the suite. At night, the temperature suddenly drops but no choice to adjust that time.

It was nice for a little staycation here. We enjoyed that the place had lots of room for our group to stay comfortably. Check in was clear and easy. Location was convenient. Thanks!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kathy's apartment! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we could possibly need. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and public transportation. Kathy was a fantastic host, always responsive and eager to ensure our stay was comfortable. We particularly appreciated her thoughtful touches, like the welcome snacks and comprehensive guidebook. We highly recommend staying at Kathy's apartment and would love to return in the future. Thank you, Kathy, for a memorable stay!

About Place: My wife and I came directly from a 5 star resort in Victoria, BC. Even though the resort was 5 star, we felt there was something missing. Lydia and Andy’s place made us feel like home. Most of the time, we felt just stay in the place and relax because it was very peaceful and gave us very positive vibe! The security of the building was great as well. Very well maintained apartment/condo. If we were to return to Vancouver, we know where to book our stay! About Hosts: They kept checking on us through Airbnb chat (also made sure that they are not overdoing it). The moment we entered the house, saw some good chocolates on the platform along with very cute whale keychain (these small gestures go a long way). They know how to make the guests feel like home through proper arrangements of required items and through communication. Loved it! Thank you so much to the most amazing hosts in Vancouver. We will definitely come back and will highly recommend the place to friends.

Blair was a wondeful host, extremely responsive and accommodating. Their place is conveniently located, in a beautiful peaceful neighborhood and very comfortable. A little home away from home vibes. I look forward to staying here again.

The basement suite was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The bed was super comfortable and it was great to have access to a washer and dryer. Check in/out was easy and Anthony and Leatt checked in several times over the course of our stay with ideas and suggestions for things to do. The neighbourhood is amazing, with tons of restaurants and shops, and easily accessible to other parts of the city. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here -thank you Anthony and Leatt!

We had a wonderful time at Terry’s place, and the place was full of thoughtful touches and is the most well equipped room we’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful and peaceful surroundings, couldn’t ask for more!

I had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay at Lynn's cozy cabin. The surroundings were beautiful. I enjoyed walking the trails and watching the animals, which are located on the property. The cabin was welcoming, warm and indeed cozy. Lynn was an amazing host!

My group and I had an amazing time staying here and it was the perfect getaway location!

Came to visit my family who lives in the area. It’s a great house with a big yard. My kids enjoyed it. Everything was as described. For tv, I would bring kids movies if you have small kids, or like me just log into your Netflix account. The only thing is that I had no idea there was a hot tub!

The place was exactly as described. Because the hosts regularly use the place for themselves, there was a lot of additional comforts that made it very livable. For example, the kitchen is very well stocked, the knives are sharp, there are lots of towels to use, and the backyard is a great extension of the living space. The location is central and private and everything is simple and easy to use (fireplaces, BBQ, hot tub, tv, music etc). Beds are comfortable enough and the outdoor space is great! There is a big outdoor dining table, outdoor lounge chairs for the firepit, and an awesome little covered outdoor living room with an additional firepit and TV. The shower and bathroom is really nice too! The communication with the hosts was not the most welcoming. They were concerned about the purpose of our trip and even went as far as to say that it is "not normal" for a group of 7 long-term friends to stay at Cultus lake. Hopefully they can show guests more trust in the future.

Cute and clean cabin that was perfect for a little weekend getaway for our family of 3. We were able to use it a a basecamp for 2 nearby hikes and enjoyed using the hot tub and fire pit. The fireplace added nice ambiance to the living room. The kitchen had everything we needed and we especially liked the standalone plug in griddle for making French toast. Thanks Mish and Julie!

This tiny little cabin was so fun to stay at during our visit at Mt. Baker. We enjoyed walking the property and cooking meals at the cabin. The bed was very comfy and the sheets were very high quality for an Airbnb. Check in was a breeze, cabin was easy to find and well marked. Excited to rent one of the other properties on site next time. Great stay! Thank you hosts!
