Very good experience with Pablo. Nice house, very comfortable, spacious, equipped and organized. Beautiful garden with barbecue and pool. Spacious, bright and comfortable rooms. Bathrooms are also of good size. Quiet neighborhood, with security, good access and very close to Nordelta.

We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

Our host Candela was so helpful in answering all questions and communicating all the necessary details in advance of our arrival. When we arrived, everything was just as expected, and even better. The house, large and charming and super clean, was equipped to meet all of our needs. The only things we needed to purchase were the foods and drinks for our stay. The back yard was blooming with flowers and well manicured, and was a great spot for young boys to run and play, and for us to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. We enjoyed doing our own Parilla at the outside grill and kitchen. There was more than ample furniture, inside and outside, large tables and many chairs, and large comfortable sofas and beds. The place had a warm and cozy feel, and it felt like home when returning to it, after hours out exploring Buenos Aires. This location in Palermo was fabulous, as you can walk in any direction and find coffee shops, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, markets, etc. very near.

Marysol was INCREDIBLE!!! Extremely responsive, loads of reccomendations, and just overall the best Airbnb host I’ve had so far. She was there to greet us, even was willing to come to the Airbnb and help us when we forgot our keys, and was so accommodating with our luggage. The place is beautiful, clean, and super organized. It had everything we needed and SHE was the best part. Thank you Marysol!

What a beautiful apartment and thoughtful host. While San Nicolas is akin to the Times Square of Bs As (lots of lights, lots of action), it is energetic, attractive, and most importantly: CENTRAL! Walkable distance from many attractions and well-connected to the subte if you want to venture further. Even with all the commotion of the city, Juan Jose's apartment is clean, serene, and peaceful. The charm of the art deco period is abounded. The view is unmatched. Don't forget to engage with the doormen! They are lovely and helpful people. Shout out to Angel :) Would absolutely stay at Juan Jose's place again and hope to return.

This place was a find! I went with my boyfriend to celebrate our anniversary. Starting with Lara, who was impeccable at all times, from booking to check-out. She always responded quickly and was attentive, helpful, flexible and kind. He arrived at the agreed time for check-in, and at check-out, when I had to leave a little earlier, he also met us at the agreed time for the key exchange. About the apartment… beautiful as in the photos. Exactly like the listing. Upon arrival, we found a clean, very fragrant and well-decorated place. We didn't need to buy anything because we had everything in the apartment. In addition to the services described in the listing, they also had universal adapters, subway cards... even cotton and cotton swabs in the bathroom. Clean, high-quality bed linens. The air conditioning helped a lot on colder days, as it has warm air. In short… our experience with Airbnb couldn't have been better. Great apartment for a great price. Made our stay even better

Marcela was an excellent host. She met us upon arrival and provided a thorough overview of the unit. Also very responsive and helpful with our needs. The unit is beautiful and just the right size for 2 couples. Comfie pillows and soft towels were a plus. Location is very walkable to great restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Palermo SoHo is a gem of a neighborhood. Thank you Marcela for everything!

The building is located a few blocks from Corrientes Street and Av. 9 de Julio. The highlight of this apartment is the breathtaking view of all of Buenos Aires from the 18th floor. It allows you to appreciate the sunrise and sunset. The entrance staff is respectful. Hosts are very responsive and friendly. The kitchen, bathroom, hot water, heating, TV worked perfectly. I highly recommend staying in this apartment. I'd go back.

We had an excellent stay at the apartment. Check-in process was very easy. Tobias was very flexible as our flight got delayed and he made arrangements for a later check in for us. The place was perfect for our family of four. Very comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The only downside is some very mild street noise in the main bedroom. We knew this ahead of time as we had read it on some reviews. Overall did not bother us.
