Our stay here is a blessing in disguise, it was very comfortable and fun. The whole family had a great stay overall, we only wished we could have extended another day. and Kenny was also very accommodating, helpful and respectful.

Our stay at the Airbnb house in Malaybalay City was simply fantastic. The owner was incredibly responsive, even accommodating our late check-in. The affordability was impressive, and renting the whole house provided us with utmost comfort. Privacy was ensured, and having access to a well-equipped kitchen made our stay even more convenient. The reliable internet and safe parking space were added bonuses. We will definitely choose this house again when we visit Malaybalay City. Highly recommended!

We had a smooth-sailing stay in CDO because of Ms. May’s great hosting. She was very generous to accept our requests on check-in and check-out time and was very accommodating to our whole family during our entire stay. She constantly suggested things to do, places to visit, and offered to go with us (and offered us a ride) in most of our activities. You wouldn’t expect a place to be as good as the price she offers—you really get the value for your money. The house was clean too and the subdivision was top-tier, peaceful, executive. We really felt at home and I am now offering her place to our relatives who will come visit CDO soon. Nice to meet you tita May hehe hope to see you again sometime in the future!

Joel and Jarid have been amazing. It's my 2nd stay at their property now. I went there with my family. Jarid went above and beyond for me, even sorting out transportation options to and from the property. Which was a massive help. The property itself is fantastic. When i stayed there a few years ago, there was no pool. Now, there is. The upstairs balcony is also fantastic and a great breath of fresh air. There's no property/Airbnb like this place in Cagayan de Oro. Tonnes of character and a genuinely homely place. Whether you're going with just family like me, or going with a large group of friends, i heavily recommend this Joel/Jarid's place.

The best by far, the view, the house is very spacious, the staff were accommodating, i love the kitchen, the pool with a Santorini vibes, clean and flowing water..10/10 for me..

Super nice place, peaceful atmosphere. Accommodating kaayo ang owner sa place. We rented the villa for our first outing with barkada and worth it ang payment. Clean bathrooms and bedrooms. Big pool as posted here, Naa sad own parking sa guest 3 cars can fit in. Pet friendly gi bring namo amo pet here🤍🤍 more power sa owner!

The host was exceptionally responsive and considerate. We were traveling with a baby and arrived in the city earlier than the scheduled check-in time. She kindly allowed us to check in early at no extra cost—something rare compared to other places that typically charge a fee. The room had a warm, homey ambiance that made us feel truly comfortable. I stayed for 2 months and had a wonderful experience. The place was simple but great, perfect for a comfortable and peaceful stay. There was a nice table I used for studying, and the balcony view was one of my favorite parts. It faced the amenities and the gym so I could easily check if anyone was working out before heading down myself. I could also hang my laundry on a drying rack on the balcony, which was really convenient. Overall, it was a well-thought-out space in a great location. Highly recommended!!!
