Our stay at the Airbnb house in Malaybalay City was simply fantastic. The owner was incredibly responsive, even accommodating our late check-in. The affordability was impressive, and renting the whole house provided us with utmost comfort. Privacy was ensured, and having access to a well-equipped kitchen made our stay even more convenient. The reliable internet and safe parking space were added bonuses. We will definitely choose this house again when we visit Malaybalay City. Highly recommended!

We had a smooth-sailing stay in CDO because of Ms. May’s great hosting. She was very generous to accept our requests on check-in and check-out time and was very accommodating to our whole family during our entire stay. She constantly suggested things to do, places to visit, and offered to go with us (and offered us a ride) in most of our activities. You wouldn’t expect a place to be as good as the price she offers—you really get the value for your money. The house was clean too and the subdivision was top-tier, peaceful, executive. We really felt at home and I am now offering her place to our relatives who will come visit CDO soon. Nice to meet you tita May hehe hope to see you again sometime in the future!

Joel and Jarid have been amazing. It's my 2nd stay at their property now. I went there with my family. Jarid went above and beyond for me, even sorting out transportation options to and from the property. Which was a massive help. The property itself is fantastic. When i stayed there a few years ago, there was no pool. Now, there is. The upstairs balcony is also fantastic and a great breath of fresh air. There's no property/Airbnb like this place in Cagayan de Oro. Tonnes of character and a genuinely homely place. Whether you're going with just family like me, or going with a large group of friends, i heavily recommend this Joel/Jarid's place.

Big pool as posted here, Naa sad own parking sa guest 3 cars can fit in. Pet friendly gi bring namo amo pet here🤍🤍 more power sa owner!

Communication with the owner was great. Always quick to respond to my messages. Everything went well and was also helpful, such as the earlier check-in. Since my family stayed nearby, the location of the house was optimal for us. It takes a little more time to get to the Uptown. We were satisfied. Thank you, I'd love to come back.

had a great 2 nights stay! place was peaceful and quiet, the unit was clean and spacious. suggestion for improvement- install hot and cold shower this is highly recommended.

We had an amazing 8-day stay here! The place is incredibly aesthetic, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully arranged. The host was very accommodating, providing clear instructions and making sure everything we needed was well provided—even going above and beyond by offering us free snacks and food for several days, which we truly appreciated. We had a problem with our things on our way home, and the host was extremely patient and helpful, which made all the difference with the effort they put with us. We are beyond grateful. The location is also great—just near a basketball court for my husband to play, and perfect for work too, thanks to the fast internet connection. They even have a laundry area and a washing machine, which made our stay even more convenient. Everything was just so well done, and we couldn’t ask for more. We are consistent in our bookings in CDO, 2 times in a year for 7-8 days, and we’ll definitely be booking here from now on! Thank you so much for the experience.

The place offers a great deal of relaxation — it's quite and private though it's just a few minutes away from the bustle of the city. We love how simple the design is yet it brings in the modern vibe. The space is practical where one can see that every corner is functional and allotted for the right purpose. And what stood out most for me are the free parking, the tv size that perfectly suits the room size, my daughter's love for the type of books placed on the center table which she had read during our stay, and the comfy sofa bed. Thankful to the host for this place. Will book next time. ❤️
