The stay was comfortable and wonderful. Mr. Riyaz is a nice man following up right from check in to stay to the check out. Definitely my place of stay on the next visit to Hyderabad. I'm so satisfied that I have recommended this stay to my close circle too.

This is a fantastic place to stay! The surrounding area, all within walking distance, has everything you need—vegetarian and non-vegetarian restaurants (including Pista House), medical shops, grocery stores, cinemas, and more. The apartment is very neat and clean, equipped with a high-quality 5-star AC and geyser. You’ll also find unlimited RO drinking water, a comfortable bed and sofa, along with a refrigerator and TV for convenience. The owner is extremely supportive and cooperative, always quick to respond and eager to assist. He kindly offered me a free early check-in (1 hour in advance), which was much appreciated. I truly enjoyed my stay here and highly recommend it!

Had a lovely stay at Evara Suites, we checked in at 1:00 AM and Tanveer was always responsive and helpful. Place was neat and tidy. Wood definitely recommend.

I totally enjoyed my 2 week+ stay at Meharunissa's place! She and the community there were always super friendly, plus the place looks even better than the pictures once stepped inside. It is spacious, plus the roof balcony was incredible. I also enjoyed how comfortable the bed was, plus a kitchen with a great view. Thank you so much for such an enjoyable, smooth, unique, memorable stay while visiting from the USA for a wedding!

The host is very humble and responsive. We checked in around 2am and the caretaker ensured smooth checkin experience. All the listed amenities are available in good condition plus they have extra mattresses and linen for more people. Would recommend for 4-6 people.

Very cosy apartment. clean well appointed. Venkat the manager was specially helpful, we forget something back and not only did he remind us but offered to have it dropped to our location. Would highly recommend and stay agin when I am back in town.

Had a good time at this place. It is a studio apartment with a terrace. The TV and 5.1 was of great quality. If you're looking for a movie night, this is a great place with all the amenities. Ruhina was a great host. She is very responsive and guided us throughout for a hassle free check-in

I booked a 2-week stay at Lakshmi's Airbnb as our home was undergoing renovations. Lakshmi's guest house is on the ground floor. The checkin was really easy and she even allowed us to move out bags slightly earlier than checkin time. The home is beautiful and tastefully designed. It has all modern amenities such as TV, AC, geyser, good WiFi, fridge, etc. In the common area they have even kept a washing machine and water filter for guests. It is very thoughtful on their part as it makes living here very comfortable. The room is well designed with a comfortable bed. Work desk with strong wifi makes it perfect work from home option. Kitchen comes equipped with gas stove and many utensils. Bathroom is clean and modern. And last but not the least, the communication with Lakshmi and Chandra is very clear and they offered all help to make our stay easier and comfortable. If you are looking for a long stay Airbnb, you can pick her Airbnb without any second thoughts. It is great value for money

Tariq place is clean, has well equipped kitchen, AC and wifi. Despite being on main Street of that area.. the place is quite and private.

Well where do I begin. The place is immaculate. It is much much better than it looks in the pictures. Very aesthetic and very beautifully decorated. The location is very easy to find and the neighbourhood is very peaceful. It is one of the best BnBs that I have ever been to. What should I say about the Host - he was so welcoming, it felt like home. He shared everything in detail and that helped throughout the stay. He was very quick to respond to any questions that I had and was very considerate about everything. These are the kind of Hosts that actually live the spirit of Airbnb. Overall had an amazing stay and would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Extra services that my family and kids loved - PS5, home cooked meals, cab service from airport and daily free housekeeping .

Clean and good location, the housekeeping staff was present everyday, the only problem was mosquitoes. Would recommend to everyone.

Smriti was a great host. She was very responsive. The house was exactly as the pics. It was clean and well maintained. There was also a first aid box which I hadn't seen before. AC was working, fridge was clean and kitchen was also fully equipped. Felt like home. Great for medium groups. Will come back if I visit hyd. The best part is the location, very central with all connectivity. I walked to the metro which was less than 10 mins away
