The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

Autonomous waterfront retreat

Come and unwind in this unique cabin located in the heart of the Normandy countryside. The 55m2 cabin comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 living room/kitchen, and a bathroom. Constructed from durable and recycled materials, this refuge has been designed to accommodate you for a peaceful stay in a green setting. However, please be aware that the site is not connected to water and electricity networks, so you will need to be mindful of your energy consumption during your stay.

Ideal for families, the cottage can accommodate 4 people.   On the ground floor: fitted kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, wood-burning stove. Upstairs: TV, bathroom (shower, sink, towel dryer, toilet).  Electric heating included Sleeping arrangements: one bedroom (one 140 X 190 bed and 1 pull-out bed for 2 people. Linens and towels not provided The end-of-stay cleaning is to be carried out by you.

Ideally located 45 minutes from Mont Saint Michel, in an idyllic and bucolic setting, come and discover the Tiny de Parc. Immersed in nature, we promise you an unforgettable stay. Fully equipped, this small house will meet all your needs. Former cowshed, this cosy dwelling has been completely rebuilt and kitted out with a goal to being carbon neutral. It is an intimate one bedroom retreat with central suspended fireplace, modern underfloor heating and water heating from a modern air-air heat pump. Luxury and comfort are assured with dishwasher and washer/dryer, and the setting is completely private for the perfect romantic getaway.

The Belleville Estate Bakery

In the past, bread was baked there. Recently renovated, this small outbuilding, dating back to the 15th century, is immersed in the countryside. Depending on the season, you can see Mont Saint Michel from the mezzanine bedroom. As neighbors, you'll only have horses. Located 2 km from Dragey Beach and 3 km from Genets, departure for crossings on foot to the Mont.

We welcome you to our cottage for 2-3 people, located 1 km from the beach. You benefit from a superb and unobstructed view of the sea, the island of Tombelaine and Mont Saint Michel in a quiet and relaxing environment ( see photo 1) No smoking, plugging in electric batteries in the cottage. In July and August, rentals are by the week from Saturday to Saturday
