Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Malzéville

The apartment is very well located (close to the city center and close to Parc Sainte Marie) and the neighborhood is very pleasant and quiet. The apartment is also extremely well-equipped and functional. Parking space is a real plus. All these points make it a great place to stay during a visit to Nancy. The welcome by Nathaniel during the check-in went very well (Nathaniel is very friendly and accommodating).

Very well located, close to the highway and yet very quiet area. Close to veloroute towards Nancy or to the other direction, Pont a Mousson or direction Toul Spacious apartment. Beautiful bathroom with blissful shower Kitchen is well-equipped, spacious and bright. Full size Refrigerator and Deep Freeze with 3 drawers Plenty of space to park and very close to the apartment.

Very clean and well-equipped accommodation, as described. Nothing to say about the quality of the service offered. Clément is a very welcoming and accommodating host, it was a pleasure to have business with him and stay at his place.

We had a wonderful weekend in Nancy, the apartment is quiet and yet you can walk quickly to the city center, just around the corner is a park. We found everything we needed and the balcony was a dream.

I would recommend the accommodation offered by Josette, the accommodation is very clean and very large with an office area for remote working. Super quiet area. Josette is a really welcoming host.

We slept 3 nights. The city center is a short walk away. Beautiful decor and everything was present. Quick response and communication. Would be subject to repetition.

We spent a few days in this charming little house and we don't regret our choice. The house is very beautiful, bright, clean, well-equipped, everything is done to feel at home! Communication with Patricia was perfect. It's a great place to enjoy nature. Only small downside, the house is along a busy street so you can hear the traffic. But that doesn't stop you from enjoying the place :)

We spent 2 days here as a family for my daughter's 1 year old and we loved it! Everything was very clean, tidy and Christelle was very responsive when needed. The little extra, the little biquettes that delighted our little girl (and the surprise snow that fell yesterday morning). Thanks again for hosting us!

We stayed with friends at Dominique's house over the long May weekend. The vacation home with all that goes with it was sensational. The property is huge and ideal with children. The children are out in the morning and were active in the garden all the time and fell straight into bed in the evening. There are bicycles and the like on site for free use. The children were also very happy about the swing. It was not the last time we booked this house. Definitely recommend!

We stayed for a week at Simon's place. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood. Cleaning was spotless and the bedding was very comfortable. The new trolley line passes very close to the accommodation and connects the center (Place Stanislas) very quickly. We just noticed that some dishes and utensils were missing. Simon was a very responsive host. I would this property.

A great base for exploring this region. Space is lighter than it looks on the photos. A very hard bed though. When the weather is nice, the terrace is nice. And Odile and Francis are very welcoming and nice.

We rode two bikes along the Jakobsweg and needed a place to stay for the night. Axel responded super quickly and we were therefore able to spend a great evening and a quiet night in his accommodation. The place is exactly as described and the nearby area is also great. We went to a restaurant across the street in the evening, which tasted very good and is recommended. Many thanks Axel for the great accommodation, we can only recommend it.

This well-appointed modern apartment is located in a safe, quiet residential area. It was extremely clean throughout. We managed to park right outside. We particularly liked the fact that we had a separate bedroom (very comfortable bed) and access to a washing machine and tumble dryer. Also, the location is brilliant. The city centre is walkable in 20 minutes and there is also a frequent tram service (free at weekends). For those wishing to self-cater there is a Leclerc supermarket that’s walkable in 10 minutes. Guillaume responds quickly to any questions you may have. Highly recommended.

First, I'll talk about Marie, absolutely very nice, very quick and always attentive. The explanations given to locate the accommodation are very clear and the hospitality is worthy of a very good hostess. The accommodation is PERFECT and very sunny. Everything is there for a great stay. Very nice view of the park, very large, located at the foot of very spacious buildings. Very quiet neighborhood 2 steps from Sainte Marie Park, which I recommend visiting. Place Stanislas and the old town are a little further away, but if you don't want to walk too much, in about 35 minutes you can take the trolley, less than 5 minutes away and cheap, and don't forget to take the little train that will take you to the old town and will show you everything, with commentary... very, very good.
