Awesome stay at Tony's. superb location if you are looking for a spot away from the tourist hubs. The beach sunset & dog friendly walks are great. Tony's place has a chefs kitchen, which suited us as we like to cook. everything on hand. The two living rooms is ideal for a family or two couples, sharing the property. Our fur girl, enjoyed stretching her legs in the big yard. Highly recommend.

Cath’s place is absolutely perfect for two families. We stayed over January and we all had a great time. Kids enjoyed the games room downstairs and parents enjoyed wines on the deck looking out to the ocean. Cath is very generous with her home and we would definitely return!

We immediately felt right at home. The house is very welcoming and complete with all amenities- we loved that there was an espresso machine as our morning first cup of coffee ie very important to us. I suggest to also indicate bin days so we can take bins to the front. Location is great too as it is walking to the mossy cafe and the boat shed

This was our second time visiting and we absolutely loved Jo’s place again. The location is amazing - close for fishing, walking to the beach and walking to town. We stayed mid- May and as the property is at the bottom of a hill with beautiful tall gum trees around it it can be a bit dark at this time of year with the sun not getting as high in the sky.

We had a wonderful long weekend at Binda! From the moment we arrived, it was clear Kim had thoughtfully set up her home with comfort in mind. After mornings spent exploring rock pools and swimming at peaceful Garden Bay (just a short five-minute walk away), the practical outdoor shower and hose reel made cleaning up quick and easy. The well-stocked kitchen was genuinely useful, making meal preparation stress-free—a welcome upgrade from the usual rental setup. Despite the unexpectedly warm weather, we stayed comfortable thanks to the brand-new AC + nice ceiling fans in each bedroom. Reliable Wi-Fi was also a bonus, especially given the patchy mobile reception common along the coast. The location was perfect, close to Malua Bay shops, Bateman' Bay restaurants, and excellent pizza at Batehaven. We even had a friendly kookaburra regularly visiting from across the road! Kim is an outstanding host—responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. Highly recommended; we’ll be back for sure!

From the moment my husband and I opened the door Rennie beach house felt like home ,stunning better than the photos. Everything is thought off plenty of room and area to relax unwind and enjoy quiet reading time and the sounds of ocean birds and just chilling this is the place. We have already recommend to friends and will return thankyou Thérèse for being an exceptional host.

Such a lovely space, especially the lovely deck with such beautiful birdlife ! Thoughtful touches eg. water filter jug, oil vaporiser and live indoor plants….felt more like staying at a friend’s home. Very personal touches.

We love David’s place. It has become a home away from home for us, our two boys and our two fur babies. The location cannot be topped - right on the water so you can go for a paddle whenever you desire; lovely walk to the boat shed for coffee or The Mossy for brekky or lunch. And the house has everything you need. We’ve visited many times and will be back again!

Stephanie is an amazing host. This property was not only in a brilliant position but it exceeded all our expectations. We stayed here to celebrate my 60th Birthday with our adult children, partners and our 2 small dogs. The yard is great for dogs although the side gate may not be great for some small dogs as they may get through. We solved this by placing the bins there which worked a treat. Stephanie has indicated that she will look at adjusting this. The house is immaculately furnished and stocked with all the essentials and more. Stephanie was very responsive during our stay when we had some queries, providing us with locations of EV chargers, activities & places to dine. The house is walking distance to Malua Bay Shops. Raymond’s Chinese is delicious. Club Malua has great food, cocktails & Barefoot Bowls.The pool was very clean and refreshing on hot days. The table tennis was enjoyed by all adults. The layout of the house allows for plenty of spots to chill out. We will be back.

Belinda is an amazing host. The place is very thoughtfully designed and very easy to feel right at home. Belinda was very pleasant to talk to and she was very generous and considerate of our living arrangements throughout our stay. We wish her all the best and hope to go for another visit soon.

Fantastic place. Jacinta was easy to communicate with. The house was as per photos, great pool, amazing location backing onto the lake. One of the best houses we have stayed at, great theatre room. Well stocked with supplies and the seating was fantastic, suited 2 families of 8 in total. Would highly recommend Jacinta’s house, it was beautiful!

Jules and Rob were excellent hosts. Their house and surrounds are peaceful with an amazing view. Thanks to both Jules and Rob, our family were given the opportunity to care for the ponies, ducks and chickens, which everyone loved. A highly recommended place to visit.

Great place with excellent location, only 10 minute walks from shops and restaurants. Newly renovated bathroom and comfy beds! AC in every room and small pool to cool off on hot days. Easy check-in and helpful host.

We had the most amazing stay at Rosie’s for Christmas! The house is beautiful and comfortably fits 8 people. The pool and surrounding farm was a big hit with our 2 kids and the proximity to Cupitts Winery was also a hit with the adults. We’ll definitely plan a trip back at Rosie’s in the future!

Jenny and Bob's house was in the perfect location, close to shops, the river and the weekend markets. It was incredibly spacious and comfortable - everything and more that we needed. Billy Bob the pug dog was welcomed and very comfortable too! Jenny and Bob were wonderful, responsive and thoughtful hosts. We look forward to returning.

We had another wonderful stay at this truly lovely house. The location is peaceful & so close to the stunning beach. The house is so pretty & welcoming. It was neat & tidy with everything you need for a comfortable & relaxing stay. The view from the house is a real bonus. The host is very responsive & helpful. We absolutely loved our stay here. The yard area was perfect for our dog, with secure fencing and plenty of space. The studio was set up with everything we needed for a long weekend. Location was perfect - walking distance to the beach and to the inlet and only a 10 minute drive to Mollymook, Ulladulla and Milton. Hosts are super friendly and helpful. Excellent spot for a little getaway, we’ll be back!

Very well priced. Full of extra touches like washing machine tablets, coffee pods, etc. Excellent garage capacity to keep the bikes dry (nearby Mogo is a mountain biking dream). Hosts were proactive and very friendly. We will definitely stay there again when we go back!

A lovely oasis in Mollymook beach. Great for our family of 4, very clean and comfortable and spacious for a guesthouse, with beautiful green yard, gardens and surroundings. The host communicated well and was friendly and helpful. A perfect getaway to the South Coast and would definitely recommend this accommodation and visit again in the future.

We had such a great stay! The tiny home was perfect and super well equipped. Cruz my dog loved his stay too with a private and secure fenced garden. We loved everything about the stay and the home.
