I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Ümraniye, Istanbul! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and found the apartment to be exactly as described. It was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, offering a comfortable and cozy environment to relax after a day of exploring the city. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, and ensuring I had everything I needed. The location was perfect close to public transport and plenty of restaurants and shops, yet in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Istanbul in the Asian Side who wants to be away from the touristy areas.

vanaf het eerste berichtje was de communicatie uitstekend. merve reageert heel snel en vriendelijk. ze gaf me duidelijke aanwijzingen hoe daar te komen. vanaf het eerste moment dat ik binnenkwam kreeg ik een warm welkom. merve is een geweldige host, een gezellig en enthousiast persoon. ze toont interesse en deelt graag dingen over haar dagelijkse bezigheden. ik ben blij dat we ook samen op pad zijn geweest. ik kan iedere toekomstige gast geruststellen dat je in goede handen bent bij deze dame. wel moet je tegen katten kunnen. ze heeft er 3, waarvan er 1 heel knuffelig is. ik kwam als gast, maar ik ging weg met een nieuwe vriendschap😊 heel veel succes merve met je toekomstige plannen en trainingen. ik hoop je weer tegen te komen ergens in de wereld in de toekomst🤗✌️

Great spot to stay for a few days in İstanbul. Clean, well equipped, and secure. Would recommend for anyone needing to be on the Asian side.

Un superbe appartement, très joli, spacieux et lumineux ! Il est parfaitement équipé avec tout plein d’accessoires pratiques. La résidence est top : restaurant juste en bas, accès à la salle de sport, à la piscine et au sauna. En plus, c’est sécurisé et très calme. Un vrai coup de cœur, je recommande sans hésiter !

Merhabalar 3 günlük istanbul gezimiz için 2 arkadaş burayı kiraladık. Ulaşım konusunda söğütlüçeşme tren garından ulaşımı kolaydı, toplu taşımaya oldukça yakın. Odaların temizliği açısından temizlik iyiydi. Biz en çok terasında vakit geçirdik ve hava soğuk, kapalı olmasına rağmen oldukça keyifliydi manzarası bizi baya etkiledi. Sadece terasta vakit geçirmek için bile tekrar gelebiliriz arkadaşımla. Güvenlik ile ilgili de bir sorun yaşamadık. Isınma açısından ise kalorifer ve klima ile ısınabiliyorsunuz ikisi de çalışıyordu ve hiç üşümedik. Fiyatına göre oldukça tercih edilebilecek bir mekan.

Das Air bnb war einfach nur super. Eine tolle Aussicht, man hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt. Olcay war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Es ist ein sicherer Platz, und dazu gibt es noch eine Tiefgarage für das Auto. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden und empfehlen es jedem weiter.

Our stay in Istanbul was truly memorable, and Duyogu’s place made it even more special. We stayed in the apartment for almost 16 days. The apartment offered an incredible 180-degree view that we couldn’t get enough of, especially from the spacious balcony – it was the perfect spot to relax and take in the city. Although we experienced an unexpected situation during the earthquake when I got stuck inside because the door wouldn’t open (my husband had taken the key to the barber), the building association responded incredibly fast. They arrived with the master key and resolved the issue promptly. Despite the brief scare, we felt safe and well taken care of. I absolutely love Istanbul and visit almost every year, and this apartment truly added to the charm of our trip. I would definitely stay at Duyogu’s place again – it’s a beautiful, well-located spot with a host who genuinely cares about her guests. Highly recommend!

She was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. From offering local tips to making sure I was comfortable, their hospitality made all the difference. I felt well taken care of throughout my entire stay. The apartment was well-stocked with everything from fresh towels to a fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to feel at home. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the place was peaceful and quiet—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay again.

Всё понравилось, красивый вид из окна и станция метро в пешей доступности. Рядом много ресторанов и кафе на любой вкус.

Tekrar o bölgede konaklanacak olursak tekrar hiç tereddüt etmeden Celal beyin evini tercih ederiz. Ev fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi, Celal bey ise hem check-in hem check-out konusunda çok yardımcı oldu, her zaman çok ilgiliydi. Otoparkli olması ise en büyük avantajı idi. Evet bulunduğu yokuş dik, fakat kesinlikle değer çünkü Taksim meydanina ve otobüs durağına yürüme mesafesinde.

Both Adam and Bora were excellent hosts! Very responsive and friendly. I enjoyed staying at their place for 10 days, super comfortable and cozy. It’s close and within walking distance to popular tourist spots. Plenty of coffee shops and markets close by as well. Will definitely be returning to stay at this place in the future. Appartamento come nelle foto. Ottimo per comitive di 6 persone. Tre camere da letto e due bagni nuovi; un salone e cucina ampio. La terrazza del piano superiore è ottima per un relax al sole. C'erano alcune mancanze nella casa che sono state prontamente colmate dal tempestivo intervento dell'host. In generale, la posizione è buona seppure può risultare scomoda la salita che porta dall'appartamento fino a piazza taksim per chi ha serie difficoltà motorie, quindi attenzione solo a questo. Ascensori, acqua ed elettricità sempre perfettamente funzionanti. L'appartamento è al confine tra la zona nuova di taksim ed una zona un po' più popolare ma questo non crea nessun problema in quanto la zona è, in generale, super sicura sia il giorno che la notte. Un po' di rumore dalla strada (istanbul, in generale è caotica) ma ultimo piano e insonorizzazione delle finestre hanno mitigato questo aspetto. Chiedete all'host consigli su dove andare, trasporti, etc..., vi sarà sempre d'aiuto a 360°.

allt rent och fint, Furkan bra värd . lägenheten mycket bra, lyxig, Furkan rätt person ,trovärdig, han intresserad på sitt jobb. lägenheten rymlig för 4-5 personer men inte mer, då jag bodde där en dag och sen hittade vi en större lägenhet för 7 personer.

Fatih a été très gentil et disponible, son appartement était comme sur les photos et surtout celui-ci est très bien insonorisé avec une rue très passante c’est très agréable de ne rien entendre. La piscine, sauna, hammam et salle de sport ont été très appréciés tous les soirs quand on rentrait de nos visites. Je recommande l’appartement de Fatih 🙏

Clean and a peaceful place for stay🤩

Enjoyed staying at Eyo’s place. Very clean beddings and towels. It is very close to a lot of things that you would like to walk to. The Tophane tram stations is within minutes of walking distance. Also, very helpful staff members.

I had a wonderful stay at this flat in Istanbul! The location was perfect—close to everything I needed and easy to get around the city. The flat itself was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, making it a lovely place to relax after a day of exploring. The host was also very helpful and responsive. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul

We enjoyed every minute of of our stay in the house . It was so comfortable especially for a large group of people . There was a room in the first floor which was very useful for older people a bathroom and shower in the first floor . The rooms upstairs were all so spacious, very beautiful . House was a combination of modern and old which gives a nice vibe ! Denis himself was very responsive! Any time we needed to ask something he was just replying in a second . We all enjoyed our stayed ! The turkish and suna were both made our trip! I recommend this place to anyone who likes to visit the old istanbul with lots of touristic area right next to you !
