We had a very relaxing stay at the root hut. It has everything you need - communication is straightforward. The cabin is lovingly furnished in detail. Firewood was provided and as a welcome gift we found a bottle of delicious wine. Glad to come back!

I have spent the last three months in this apartment and can only report positive things. The apartment is excellently equipped and offers everything you need to feel good. I was particularly impressed by the great view and the excellent location. The landlords are also extremely friendly, accommodating and available at all times, which made the stay even more pleasant. Overall, I felt completely comfortable here and I didn't miss anything. That's why I can recommend the apartment with a clear conscience. Thank you for this great place to stay!

We felt very comfortable with Daniel and Katrin. The upper floor was available to us alone with a private entrance and had everything you need. The surroundings on the mountain are beautiful and quiet. Katrin is super sweet and cordial and was always easily accessible. We would definitely come back:)

We were two couples (old friend for 45 years) using the Haus and stayed over Christmas and New Year. The location and the mountain views are magical, perfect to relax. It is remote and driving to town takes 20 to 30 minutes depending on the road condition (snow and winding mountain road). So stock up and relax :)

We would highly recommend Julia and Bernd to all those who want to see Austria and an authentic life. The surroundings are ideal for excursions! You have a large garden and the view is beautiful! We were with our little son and everything was provided (bed, high chair, etc.). The house really has everything you need to live. From stain remover to lunch boxes. And above all, coffee and various teas. Julia and Bernd are really super warm people, and they are always available for questions. I will miss this place. Thank you for a great stay ❤️

Christiane was a great host - friendly and helpful, and even left a delicious kuglof for us upon arrival. We stayed there for a week-long skiing vacation (Katschberg is less than a 30 min drive) and thoroughly enjoyed our time. For the price, it was a great option for our family of 5.

We had a great time staying at Luca's place. The cabin is very quietly located in the middle of the forest and it was very relaxing there. The communication with Luca was also very easy. Just a little bothered us that there were sometimes a lot of ants in the kitchen, little sunlight comes into the cabin and you smelled the canal especially on the toilet. Price/performance I would give a 4/5, still 5 stars because everything around it was also great and we definitely had a nice time:) Thanks Luca!!

You can relax completely and enjoy the wood stove, the hiking trails right in front of the hut as well as the food in front of the house! Everything is sparkling bright, the equipment is more than sufficient and incredibly versatile 🤩🤩
