The half-timbered house was lovingly renovated in 2023 and has 4 stylish vacation apartments and a converted barn. It is located in a quiet street in the island town of Malchow, 100 meters from a beautiful bathing jetty, the lake landscape thus on the doorstep. The courtyard is the heart and meeting place for our guests. Here & in the beautiful garden you can relax, barbecue, play table tennis. In 800m you are at the harbor with swing bridge and good restaurants, boat and bike rental.

It is located on the Mecklenburg Lake District and is ideal for hiking, fishing, swimming, cycling and boating. Nearby are the fish restaurant "Zur Forelle," a country inn, a fast food restaurant and a café. The surrounding cities, many museums and the monkey and bear forest are within easy reach. The apartment is suitable for couples, globetrotters and business travelers.

The apartment is close to downtown and just meters away from the marina. The apartment has one bedroom, a living room with a giant couch, a kitchen and a modern bathroom & has been furnished with a lot of love for detail.

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. Quiet apartment in Malchow

We rent a cozy 40 sqm apartment on the western outskirts of Malchow (Meckl.). It is an ideal base for exploring the Mecklenburg Lake District. For this purpose, two 28-inch bicycles with coaster brakes are also available if needed. Shopping and sports facilities, a cinema and a swimming area are 300 meters away. There is currently still a daily tourist tax of 1.50/2.00 euros per person.
