Our experience in this house was wonderful, the view it offers is spectacular. The house is well equipped, clean and organized. But what really made the difference was the attention of Susana, who was extremely kind, attentive and willing to help us at all times. Your warmth and hospitality made our stay very special. It is a very nice house, which is why I extend the stay, very quiet and safe, no bulla. The view of the house is stunning from the terrace and main room. Paul is a great host too. Everything was great.

I was for visiting Ecuador for work and stayed a bit longer than a week in Quito. Cumbaya is a great area and was able to find and purchase all necessary items for a calm stay at the apartment. On top of all, there is a spa, a swimming pool and a parking spot. I was really feeling like at home away from home.

I was very happy with my stay, small details with the use of the facilities that Silvana resolved immediately, but outside of that the place is beautiful, clean, I would return without a doubt, I would recommend the place is beautiful and very clean which is what I loved most, the location is ideal.

I had an amazing stay at Katty and Lionel’s rural property! The cozy cabana was perfect, with breathtaking views and all the comforts of home. The fresh fruit, yogurt, garden veggies and eggs provided were a great touch. Katty and Lionel’s warm and friendly demeanor made the experience even better—they were always helpful and welcoming. The location is peaceful yet fairly convenient, with easy access to a nearby bus that connects to Otavalo, Cotacachi, and Ibarra. Whether you’re looking to explore or relax, this property is ideal. I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!
