I had a great time in this small, well-designed studio, located in a clean, modern and secure residence. The host was very warm and super responsive: he allowed me to check in a little earlier and drop off my luggage, which was greatly appreciated. The common facilities (pool, gym, etc.) are really nice and well maintained. There are also small convenient shops at the foot of the residence. I would recommend this place without hesitation, and if I come back to Kuala, I will rent from him again without thinking!

the accommodation is located in on the shopping mall. So I could go market to buy fruits and drinks. there is very nearby Desa Park city, went for a walk with my family. it was good accommodation for holidays.

I loved it so much I’ve been here twice! Host was amazing, the unit has everything you need in it (including a work room!) and they also have free parking. Breakfast is also great because they have HWC Coffee - opens as early as 8AM.

busy place since at roadside and near traffic light helpful guard and clear instruction from host lead to smooth check in very nice, tidy and clean with pleasant smell. nice view. free parking, free wifi, netflix and all that listed. definitely will repeat!

Everything was tip top, from checking in to the apartment, to the location as well. Host was friendly and accommodating, apartment was pristine with a great view. Definitely value for money and will hope to return for another stay

We were home to do visa extentions, the duration was unpredictable. I found Michelle’s place after our first airbnb was charging us about 40 % increase in rate for another month of stay. Michelle was nice and proactive, her place was as pictures shown, cosy and comfortable. We had an early check in, little bit unfamiliar with the lock. The house was clean and neat, she knew my son is allergic , she had couches cleaned. Wifi was good except it can’t reach to the master bedroom. During the stay, I extended the stay twice, Michelle was nice, she gave me discount every time unlike the first airbnb. I ended up staying in her place for about 2 months. Our stay was pleasant with 2 adults, a baby and a toddler. Location of the place is in the heart, it is very convenient to get by with a car. Even without a car, grab can be easily ordered, especially vellfire. Highly recommend the place.

My family of 4 really had a comfortable and relaxing stay at this property. Natalie was the most gracious host who is very accommodating with questions and additional request. I really appreciate the flexibility and detailed instructions that she provided. On top of that, Natalie also went above and beyond to ensure we are comfortable due to the duration of the stay. We will definitely return again if the opportunity arises. Thank you!

good place to stay, and most of all it is pet friendly.

Khoo was extremely helpful from pre-check in to post-check out. From video guides on how to get to the place by car, exactly where to park and recommendations of where to eat, things to do etc. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. The parking lot is right infront of the lobby. There are also many security guards around the facility and the rubbish area is very clean. Post-check out, Khoo was mindful of our wellbeing and flexible to accommodate to our requests. We highly recommend living in this or any other accommodation that khoo has to offer.

booked a very last-minute stay just before the first day of Eid, yet everything went smoothly and seamlessly. Check-in was quick and easy, and the house was clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Despite being a pet-friendly place (& assuming there had been cats before us), it was impressively clean with no traces of fur. We brought two of our cats, and they absolutely loved it—running and jumping around happily. All the basic necessities for both humans and pets were thoughtfully provided, which we truly appreciated. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive. Overall, my family and I were very satisfied with our stay—it was well worth the money! Highly recommended! We would definitely return if we’re looking for another staycation with our cats.

Tracy's place was easy to access, with a gorgeous view of the city centre but without the stress of being right in the middle of the city (slightly away from traffic and people). The location was relatively quiet, and the apartment was more spacious than the pictures portrayed. A very cosy stay with amenities around the area, good food, and a highly responsive host. Would definitely recommend this place to friends.

Had a comfortable stay here. There’s a convenience shop at the ground level and level 8 of the building so you can get bottled water. But it would even better if the place had a water filter.

For muslim, suitable to stay near with mosque. Have a visitor parking, Easy to Find. This house near galaxy mall, and near restaurant. House clean, toilet clean. The security guard also helpful ! 👍👍👍

Romeo was a very responsive host, the apartment was very clean and had a really nice view of the KL skyline. The checkin was very smooth with clear instructions from the host and the apartment was very well maintained. The biggest attraction of the apartment is the infinity pool on the 51st floor and it rightly lived up to it’s hype, the views from the pool are amazing on the night and day and definitely something one should definitely explore when staying here. The apartment is very well located with most of the attractions very nearby, the grab taxi is very easily accessible as well. It was a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, will book again if I have the chance

As a full-time author since 2006, I’ve always been on the lookout for the perfect spot to write my next book. At the same time, I hoped to find a place where two or three writers could gather, chat, and spark new ideas. Initially, I came here to celebrate my wife’s birthday — but the moment I stepped into this house, I realized it’s also the perfect writer’s hideaway. A beautiful space for a creative escape when needed. The host was prompt and kind in responding to every question. May Allah bless the host with abundant sustenance and wonderful guests always.
