Modern rustic family house with swimming pool just outside the living room. A short walk to the city center, 4 seasons, restaurants, atm, and groceries. A beautiful large garden with sandpit, trampoline, playground, 18-meter swimming pool, gym and khonde. Large water tanks and solar panels. Cleaning and laundry on weekdays included. The house is light and cool, but fans are included for warmer nights. The compound is UN security cleared. Guards 24/7 and two security dogs.
