The room was well maintained, inviting and matched the description perfectly. The location was convenient making it easy to explore the surrounding areas like MOA and Ayala mall. I highly recommend this accommodation for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay! The place was immaculately clean, cozy, and truly felt like a home away from home. What made the experience even better was the host—very accommodating and genuinely generous, making sure we had everything we needed and more. The ambiance was peaceful, the bed was super comfortable, and all essentials were well-prepared. We felt warmly welcomed from the start. Cathy was such a great host! She is very responsive and the instructions for her place were clear. It shows how she cares for the guests' satisfaction. She allowed us to do early check-in so we didn't have to stay out that long. The place was exactly how the pictures looked like in the app/website. Bedsheets✔️ Towels ✔️ no bugs✔️Ac and water pressure✔️wifi for foreigners✔️ To be fair, they didn't provide the room slippers so if you are icky about carpets, bring your own. The elevator may take time depending on the time of the day. Nonetheless, the stay was great. I highly recommend. We used to stay with Seda multiple times in the past but I can confidently say it is comparable with how clean and convenient it is. Plus her place is on the corner so it was extremely quiet at night with no outside noise coming in from the neighbors. :) Will book again!

最高の滞在でした。古いコンドミニアムなのに、清潔で、下水などの匂いがしないコンドミニアムはレガスピエリアではは珍しいです。冷蔵庫に水の用意をしていただいた気遣いは、なかなかこの国で体験できないものでした。また、間接照明がおしゃれに設定されており、夜寝る時も全く違和感なく、順番に電気を消して、眠りに就くことができました。シャワールームもトイレとの仕切りがしっかりしており、通常はシャワー室とトイレが一体で水浸しになるところが、シャワー室の水が漏れることが無かったです。 あえて、改善点をいえば、 １．リビングルームにもごみ箱が欲しかったです ２．水以外の飲み物が有料でも置いてあると、より特別感を感じました。 ３．キッチンの電気機器が普通だったので、コンドミニアム全体の雰囲気からすると、もう少し、電気機器に拘っても良いと思います。

Amazing stay! The place was super clean, comfy, and perfectly located. The host was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Plus, they were super flexible and let us stay an extra hour. Highly recommended.

Me and my friends had a great time. Approachable host and kind enough lend us his housekeeper when we asked for a housekeeper to help us tidy up the place he is willing to send us one to help. We’ll probably go back soon. 🥰

Our stay was great. Their living room/sala was airconditioned so even if you cook, there’s no need for a fan. We just had a little problem upon checking in, the guests before us overstayed but we weren’t informed, maybe that was also the reason why some things were left at the bathroom. Thankfully, they offered a free extension before checking out. Would love to book the house again😊

The location is 8mins away from SM Aura and all other major spots in BGC. It was tucked in a gated community in a quiet neighborhood. The house is quite new and everything in it. Love the kitchen utensils and cutleries, the cute accessories and decoration at the toilet, the modern lamps are tasteful and the TV is huge. I also love the mechanisms on the sliding doors, it slides smooth. All in all its one of the best place we’ve stayed in Manila, so i highly recommend it.

Had a great stay! Host was very responsive and helpful! The place was SPOTLESS and smelled really nice! Literally so clean from the floor to the ceiling! Sheets looked new as well. My wife loved the pillow options they had in the bedroom as well which were 2 firmer options and 2 softer options. They gave us an amazing parking which was conveniently next to the elevator to get to the room. :) Highly Recommended!

This place was next-level awesome. I’m convinced the host has a secret superhero power for making things spotless and cozy, honestly, I half expected a butler to appear! Every little detail was so perfect, it felt like the place was giving us a warm hug. 💯 The host, Thina! was basically a texting ninja,😂 fast replies, super helpful, and zero “ghosting” drama. Made the whole stay smooth as butter. If you’re looking for a peaceful hideout that’s close enough to civilization (and coffee), this spot’s a total winner.✨ We’re already plotting our next visit, maybe this time I’ll try not to hog the couch bed! 😂

Kamlon was the answer to our prayer at that time of need. We had issue on our previous place of stay that we need to book another place. Kamlon responded quickly and offered to pick us and drop off to his unit. My husband has a challenge of walking due to recent hip surgery, Kamlon made it smoothly possible with our transport. He even let us checked out late as our flight is almost at midnight. WiFi is very strong, the place is just walking distance from uptown mall and close range for almost everything. Thank you very much for being such a kindhearted person! We will definitely use your place in our next visit to the Philippines-My husband said, “Salamat Po!”

We had a great stay! The room is really nice and clean, not overly decorated, our agenda there is near the building which is good, the host is also very responsive. Overall it is 8.5/10 experience!

Booked this place because I had meetings at our office in Makati, and the location was perfect (just a minute walk away) Super convenient, with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. We loved how pet-friendly the place and the area is. Salcedo Park is close, so it was easy to take our dog out for walks. The unit itself is big, especially compared to other places in the area. The bed was really comfy, and it was nice to have a TV in the bedroom. Having parking in Makati was a big plus too. There was a scheduled power interruption during our stay, but Kiko and Clarisse were really helpful and let us stay at another one of their places while the power was out. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back!

I’m giving Anthony 5 stars because his hospitality was the best I’ve ever received out of any airbnb in the last 10+ years. He would respond immediately to questions at 3am even, which made me feel bad. However, some minor criticisms of the building are that two of the elevators were down for most of my stay so it took forever to go up and down to the 54th floor. Also, the pest control spraying every two weeks is a little annoying for longer stays, but it is worth it because I didn’t see a single pest for my entire one month stay.

Vince was very accommodating, he was fast respond to us at all hours, service was great, it felt more like I was staying at a cousins apartment as opposed to a hotel. Air conditioners worked great apartment was beautiful. My kids really loved the space and the convenience of the washer and dryer was absolutely phenomenal. It came in handy. Extremely happy with my stay, I will be staying again for sure in the near future. There is a 24 hour 711 right downstairs, which was great. There was a nice little coffee stand outside of the building. The building staff was phenomenal and friendly always greeted us with smiles. Great location, walking distance to everything.

Ben’s place was such a great find—clean, cozy, and great value for the price. Communication was smooth from the start. Kathleen shared the check-in details clearly, and when I asked if I could drop off my bags early, they kindly offered to let me leave them with the cleaning staff around noon. On the day of my stay, Ben even messaged to say I could check in early at no extra cost—which was a huge help since I had an appointment in Makati and was worried where I could leave my backpack. The unit was spotless, the bed super comfy, and the linens and towels smelled fresh. The kitchen had all the basics if you wanted to cook. It honestly felt like a mini boutique stay. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place in Makati.

We were going to stay at the Grand Hyatt, but we saved $500 and got a truly pleasant, decorated stay with a helpful host.
