I have been practicing yoga since 15 years old. In 2020 I decided to become a teacher myself because I believe in spreading the goodness that yoga helps us experience, practise and share with others. Yoga helps me feel better mentally and physically but mainly spiritually. I would like to share my passion for healthy living and help others feel good in their bodies and minds which uplifts the spirit tremendously. When yoga is practised with care and love it becomes magical and it would be my pleasure to share this magic with like minded people.
