Fantastic place, great host very responsive and full of attentions. The apartment was very clean and very confortable even for a longer stay. The area is very busy but you dont hear any noises as the windows are facing a side street. Lot of amenities around : supermarket, coffee , ars , bakeries and 2 mins walk from the center. Locuinta este exact ca in poze, foarte curata. Spatioasa si potrivita pentru mai multe persoane, foarte aproape de mijloacele de transport in comun. Aproape de aeroport - 30 de min aprox cu bus-ul.

Csodálatos 3 napot töltöttünk el itt, bármikor vissza ennénk 😊 A szállás gyönyörű, új, tiszta és mindennel felszerelt. Kimagaslóan rugalmas szállásadó, akivel nagyszerű kommunikálni is.

Panagiota's place is wonderful. The location is close to everything. You can walk everywhere. There is a beautiful terrace. The apartment is very clean and perfect for a long stay. There is beautiful artwork and many comfortable extras. The bed is super comfortable. Panagiota was the best host ever. She helped me with so many things. She was also super flexible with my checkin and checkout. She responds immediately and checks in on you. I felt very welcomed and comfortable. I will definitely come back. This is the best apartment for your stay in Thessaloniki. You couldn't find a more comfortable place. This place is 5 stars!

il soggiorno nell’appartamento di Kyriakos è stato incredibilmente piacevole. siamo stati accolti direttamente da lui che ci ha mostrato l’appartamento e spiegato con cura ogni cosa, oltre a condividerci consigli su luoghi da visitare e posti dove assaggiare la cucina tipica. la posizione è strategica per muoversi in auto lungo le punte della penisola, ed è ben servita (supermercati, bar, ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi) host sempre disponibile e presente durante il nostro soggiorno, che è stato anche per questo impeccabile. consigliato vivamente!

Great for short term stay if you're going somewhere, everything is close , from mini markets to Shoping stores , if you have a car , several minutes and you're at the center of Thessaloniki.

Ένα υπέροχο διαμέρισμα κοντά στο κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης με εύκολη και γρήγορη πρόσβαση στο μετρό που βρίσκεται δύο βήματα από την οικία. Πάρα πολύ εύκολο πάρκινγκ και ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ αν χρειαστεί κάποιος. Επαγγελματική και άψογη συμπεριφορά από τον ιδιοκτήτη εύκολα συνεννοήσιμος και πάντα στη διάθεση σου.

The place was in a perfect location, close to buses and metro. Ruslana helped us when needed and the place was clean. The door was a bit hard to understand st first but we managed to figure it out quickly.

Daniil's apartment is a stark contrast to the surrounding area. Step inside and appreciate this modern, recently renovated, well appointed and well situated apartment. The apartment itself also has an automatic coffee machine which was put to good use over our five-night stay. There is a full-sized fridge and plenty of cutlery and crockery to use. The washing machine came in handy too. There are two well-stocked supermarkets just around the corner and most of the archeological and historical attractions of Thessaloniki are within 30 minutes walk from the apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Thessaloniki and we would recoomend Daniil's apartment to anyone visiting this interesting city.

Πολύ όμορφος, τακτοποιημένος και καθαρός χώρος. Πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένος και διακοσμημένος. Κοντά σε πολλά σημεία ενδιαφέροντος. Και η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη άρτια, απαντούσε σε όλες τις ερωτήσεις μας με προθυμία και ταχύτητα.

The host is incredibly sweet & friendly. The place is a short walk to great food and the beach. I rented a car and went to some of the more secluded beaches that are a quick drive. There is a supermarket downstairs so you can cook if you are on a budget. The bathroom is very tiny but enough space to do what you need. The balcony was great to sit and enjoy breakfast. The sunrise on the beach is amazing.

A modern, stunning, and very clean apartment ...wishing i could stay here forever. The location works perfect , super close to the airport, a few minutes walking distance to Sofouli street and "Nea paralia" the waterfront of Thessaloniki. The host was friendly, attentive and always available. There is some noise from the street (earplugs will help), but that won't stop me from staying here again.

This was my second stay at Vasilis' place, and once again, it was an absolute delight. I spent two weeks here, and the apartment continues to impress. The decor is truly unique—refreshing and different from the standard, cookie-cutter Airbnbs you often come across. The space is thoughtfully designed with modern touches like a large TV with proper speaker system, comfy seating, a spacious shower, heating/AC, cool lighting, etc. For those needing a work-friendly environment, this apartment is fantastic. The kitchen table offers plenty of room, and there are multiple outlets right on the kitchen counter. Plus, the fiber-optic internet! Parking is another bonus for me — despite the area sometimes being busy, there’s always a spot to be found if you follow the street uphill towards the school. Vasilis is an outstanding host, always attentive and accommodating. The place is truly a gem.

The flat is very large and bright, very nicely furnished with two separable sleeping areas and comfy beds. The outside balcony is great to enjoy both breakfast and a quiet drink with mezze in the evening. The 5th floor is very manageable as the stairs are large and not slippery. The location is perfect: close enough to the bustling waterfront with specialty shops and numerous restaurants, yet far enough to enjoy a peaceful night and there are two lurker supermarket right outside. Amenities are complete and well thought, including a very useful electric transformer. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back with great pleasure!

Particularitatea a fost cazarea la trecerea dintre ani. Am cautat un loc langa mare, cu semineu, pentru a ma simti ca acasa. Pentru asteptarile mele a fost fix ce cautam. Cred ca si vara e un loc placut. Cu gazda am comunicat foarte bine, mi-a pus lemne la dispozitie, nu cred ca o sa aveti nevoie de asta vara :) Vizitez frecvent cazari cu seminee si stiu ca proprietarii ofera doar cateva lemne, pentru atmosfera. Aici nu a fost cazul. Oricum am avut un sac cu lemne in portbagaj, aduse din Romania :)) Locuinta e bine dotata, locul e primitor, mult lemn si piatra. Pentru noi a fost o experienta placuta.

Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν προνοητικός, με σαφείς οδηγίες για την άφιξη και τη διαμονή ενώ ταυτόχρονα ήταν ευδιάθετος, ανοιχτός σε απορίες και εξυπηρετικότατος. Όσο αφορά το κατάλυμα ήταν τακτοποιημένο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις ανέσεις. Τέλος το τζακούζι προσέφερε μια ακόμα νότα πολυτελείας και χαλάρωσης.

Η διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα αυτό ήταν εξαιρετική! Ο χώρος ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες και πεντακάθαρος! Σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμούσαμε!

Η διαμονή μου ήταν άψογη...!! Ο χώρος ότι ακριβώς χρειάζεσαι... Καθαρό, ήσυχο, εύκολα προσβάσιμο,με εξασφαλισμένη θέση Parking,και με έναν ιδιοκτήτη απόλυτα φιλικό... Το συνιστώ χωρίς καμία επιφύλαξη..!!!

Престоя ни беше приятен. Домакина ни посрещна, деня преди настаняване ни изпрати много информация за по-бърз достъп до локацията ,за добри ресторанти,забележителности и локации за плаж. Престоя ни беше спокоен, апартамента отговаряше напълно на описанията и пространството ни беше достатъчно за голямата ни компания..
