Waterfront vacation rentals in Makhinjauri

Apartment was extremely clean and neat. Views ars stunning and location is pretty good for walking. The appartment is in between two largest malls in the city (1.5 km, walkable). Not too many restaurants nearby but place is worth choosing.

Great place overall but problem for me was the elevator it feel kinda wonky but overall it’s great just lacks utensil but 10 out of 10 I would come again.

had an amazing stay, with an amazing view. karolina was very helpful, she provided clear instructions about how to get to/in an apartment, was always active and ready to help. apartment itself is beautiful and well made, clean and has a spectacular panoramic view. recommend 100%

we spent a month in Zoias flat. the apartment is very nice, clean, practical and in excellent(perfect) location 👌. the hosts are amazing and friendly. they are always there if anything is needed. Many thanks to Murman and Irakli. highly recommend👍

مكان رائع ونظيف واطلاله جميله وموقع الشقه مناسب والشقه فيها كل الخدمات مغسله ومكوى ومكرويف وثلاجة ومطبخ فيه اغلب مستلزماته الشي الوحيد السلبي لايوجد شطاف في الحمام.

Квартира чистая, светлая, очень уютная и с прекрасным видом. Пока вокруг стройка, но это не проблема. Так как не было шума, море в шаговой доступности. На первом этаже комплекса приятная столовая с гуманными ценами. Во дворе соседнего дома есть классная детская площадка. Рядом много кофеен, магазины со всем необходимыи, аптеки. До центра города приятно гулять по набережной, отличие этого места - тишина и минимальное количество людей. А еще на самолеты можно с пирса посмотреть (рядом аэропорт). Вода в море в этом районе значительно чище чем в центре.

Это наверное лучшее расположение в городе Батуми. Близко от всего, что нужно на отдыхе. Высокий этаж и вид на город и залив. Круглосуточный магазин в одной минуте. Рестораны, бары, море и исторический центр рядом. В апартаментах огромная кровать и оборудованная кухня. Очень отзывчивые и вежливые хозяева моментально решат ваши вопросы. Сам комплекс зданий в котором находятся апартаменты располагает СПА, рестораном, магазинами, аптекой и обменным пунктом. Это центр современной части города с высотными зданиями

Замечательная квартира! Нам четверым было достаточно места. Квартира чистая и прибранная, в ней было комфортно. Большая гостиная с парой диванов и кресел была нашим любимым местом - часто все вместе там собирались. Квартира находится на первом этаже трехэтажного дома, хозяева живут на втором. При заселении хозяйка нас встретила, все показала и рассказала и всегда была рада нам помочь и ответить на любые вопросы. Сам дом находится в частном секторе, до моря идти минут 15, до магазинов минут 8. Есть большой и просторный внутренний двор, где можно парковать машину. В квартире есть кондиционер, который находится в гостиной, его вполне хватало, чтобы охладить все помещение. Пол в квартире каменный с включённым кондиционером он становится совсем холодный, лучше иметь с собой тапочки. Последние пару ночей у нас выпали на сильные грозы с дождем, и в это время отключали электричество. Как я поняла, в такую погоду это довольно частое явление в Батуми. Тем не менее, отпуску это не помешало:)

Забронировали через сайт дом, сумма списалась, когда приехали оказывается дом был занят другими посетителями. К счастью, хозяин быстро ответил, деньги вернули!

Inga and Beso were very nice and kind hosts. If you want to have a wonderful memory from Georgia, where you can cook in the summer kitchen, eat and relax with friends and family under the beautiful fruit trees, in an uncrowded spot of the green hills of Gonio and the Black Sea, you are definitely reading the right review. We strongly recommend it to everyone.

The place was new, it’s far from Batumi but we liked our stay, everything was clean and new, I asked for instructions to the place since the location wasn’t much of help, the owner responded quickly and provided instructions to how to reach, there was an issue with the hotel water the first day we reached, the owner did come and fixed the issue. The only down side was one of the toilets seems to preserve any smell it had and it takes long to get rid of the smell.

The accommodation was as described. It features a very spacious living room, a kitchen, and 2 large bedrooms. There is ample furniture, making it suitable for a large family to comfortably stay. The kitchen is also equipped with all the necessary amenities. The views from the windows are magnificent. The hosts are very responsive and quick to address any questions. You will also have the opportunity to sit in the courtyard and enjoy a cup of coffee with this wonderful family. The dog and cat were equally friendly. A store with a wide assortment is located 200 meters away. Overall, if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you will like it here.

Отдыхали неделю в Батуми,снимали квартиру у Натальи.У квартиры очень удачное расположение,тихая,очень близко к набережной и парку 6 мая.В квартире есть всё необходимое,очень удобные кровати,хороший душ (за исключением,что нет душевой кабинки,но такое в Батуми очень распространено).Хозяйка очень приятная и приветливая.

Gela’s place is situated high above the sea and thus provides a great view you never get tired of. At three same time the sea is just 5 minutes walk. The apartment is clean and convenient. Gela is a very nice host, always eager to help

Провели в этой квартире неделю. Очень понравилось. Вид из окна - потрясающий! Пляж - ближе не бывает. В квартире очень комфортно находиться. Завтракали на балконе с видом на море. По вечерам иногда бывает шумно от музыки, но в основном это приятный шум волн и стрекот цикад. В следующее свое посещение планирую рассматривать эту же квартиру.

Апартаментом вполне довольны. Апартаменты возле стройки. Перед окнами левее кран стоит. Если Вы заселяетесь не пополняют ни туалетной бумагой, ни шампунем, ни мылом. Можно было за умеренную сумму пополнить. К сожалению, у меня не было шампуня, только гель для душа.

I loved the flat. Beautiful view from the 32nd floor. I arrived in October and it was not too busy. The flat is very well organized, no clutter, comfy bed with excellent mattrass, good bathroom with washing machine and it was quiet at night. You can still hear the music and fireworks at night but the windows and door insulate most of the noise from outside. Check-in was very easy. Staff spoke decent English, which was helpful. There are also some decent shops nearby. Across the street there are two small supermarkets a bigger supermarket is 5 minutes away and it is only a short walk from the 24 hour Aroma Cafe on the beach. Communication was good. Excellent value for money. I liked everything. I would love to go back one day.

It was my first time booking with Airbnb and I had a wonderful stay at Pavel’s place! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is especially perfect for a relaxing visit. And I also want to highlight Pavel’s communication. He was incredibly responsive, helpful, and made everything super easy from check-in to check-out. I really appreciated how attentive and welcoming he was. He is definitely the SUPER HOST!! Highly recommend staying here! It’s my motivation to come back to Batumi again and again ❤️

Отличные, чистые и очень уютные аппартаменты. Есть все необходимое для жизни как дома. Есть собственная территория ЖК с бассейном и детской площадкой. Также есть охраняемая парковка для машин.

We really enjoyed our stay in this clean and cozy apartment – it had everything we needed. The host was easy to communicate with, which made things super smooth. Would definitely stay here again!
