We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear check-in instructions. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had a wonderful stay at this place! It was clean, cozy, and felt just like home. The bed was very comfortable, and the whole space was well-prepared for guests. One thing we really appreciated was the complimentary snack, they were such a thoughtful touch and we absolutely loved them! There was also water, which was very convenient. The host really paid attention to the little details, and it made our stay extra special. Everything was easy, from check-in to check-out. We felt relaxed and comfortable the whole time. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and homey stay. We would love to come back again!

The owner was very kind. Even though we arrived early, she arranged for us to check in. We stayed with our family of three and all of us had a comfortable 10 days.

The place is squeky clean. It gives cozy vibe. The host, Ms. Ann, is responsive and provides clear instructions. It is indeed minutes walk to Moa. Recommended!

Nicky is a great host. Very responsive and kind. I checked in late at night but he responded to my questions very quickly. There is also a parking for my motorcycle which is nice. The unit is really nice, it has a very homey vibe and it's clean. It has everything I needed. I also liked that there are food available that you can buy in case you get hungry. No need to go outside. He also let us stay for a couple of mins inside the unit until the rain stopped. I will definitely go back if I needed a place to stay near Metro Manila. I highly recommend this place!

We had a great stay at Krislyn's unit. The pool was definitely a highlight, and we truly appreciate the staff's assistance in purchasing pool vouchers, especially since the admin office was closed on Sunday, our check-in day. The self-check-in process was very smooth, making our arrival hassle-free. The beds were cozy and comfortable, and the AC kept the space pleasantly cool. Having a microwave, refrigerator, and cooking facilities made meal prep convenient. Most importantly, both Krislyn and the staff were highly responsive to our inquiries, making communication smooth and effortless. Thank you!

I booked the perfect place to surprise my girlfriend for her birthday. The rockwell view was gonna be another surprise for her but unfortunately, the building lights are out that day, lol. The host is so nice, accommodating and very considerate. We had a wonderful stay, definitely gonna book again. :)

Great place to stay in Manila, large space for 4 people and the host is very friendly.

The entire experience was great. The place was even better than how it looked in the pictures and amenities including kitchen utensils are complete. The host was also very nice and responsive. They even allowed us to stay 30 mins longer to make sure tha everything is settled before we go. It would be better if the staffs would properly introduce themselves before getting inside the premise and taking pictures, medyo nakakagulat kasi pag bigla na lang may papasok na di kilala. We also had issues with caterpillars, although we understand that even the staffs are not sure where they are coming from, it would be best for this to be addressed as soon as possible as our children had rashes after spending time outside and in the pool and the only reason we can think of are the caterpillars(higad) all over the place.

Via and Patrick have been very responsive and accommodating. They are so kind for allowing us to do late check in. Easy checkin and check out. Very clean and huge area suitable for a big group. Plenty of mattresses as well. Location is very accessible, just after the gate. Will definitely book again. Thank you Patrick and Via.

It was a great and comfortable place to stay in, it has all the amenities that we need and it is walkable to moa. The host Mr. Dave and Ms. Melody was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Overall it was nice stay for me and my family.

One of thr nicest places I've stayed, while in Manila. Many of the Shore/Shell units near MOA are in poor repair and lack basic utensils and appliances for "living". But, this place was well equipped. I would definitely recommend.

Mark Gervy’s place is a perfect place for me to stay before going back to US. The place is clean, comfortable and well maintained. They also have excellent amenities and security guards are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the experience here at Mark’s place. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.
