The studio is perfectly located at the entrance of Hale'iwa town in walking distance to the town's center and 10 min from the nearest freeway.

This beautiful, one bedroom, one bath condo is located at the Hawaiian Princess in Makaha. It is absolutely beachfront and is on a higher floor with a breath-taking ocean-sunset view. One of the best on the planet. The unit is very well maintained. King bed in the bedroom, sofa sleeper in the living room, full kitchen, 2 TVs, beach equipment. Hawaiian country furnishings are deceptively simple but supremely comfortable. Owned by retired Colorado couple that spend winter months in Turtle Bay. Sleeps two only. Lots of amenities. Sorry, no pets, kids or surf boards. Can be rented for 1 to 3 months by tourists for deep discount. Has been popular with seniors and newly weds.
