Very good location, with quick access to the center of Paris via the RER. A very nice apartment and convenient parking. Abdel is a great host; we'll definitely be back!

The place is perfect if you're visiting as a tourist. We were out all day exploring Paris and basically only came back to sleep. The kitchen and bathroom are very small, but if you're staying just a few days, they are functional. The kitchen was a bit dirty, but other than that, everything was just as shown in the pictures and description. As for the location, the area is quiet and nice, though it is far from the city center. However, if you use public transportation to get around, you won't have any issues.

My partner and I had the most beautiful stay here. Mahdi allowed us to check in slightly earlier and was always available to meet our needs. The apartment was right next to the train station which made it super convenient to get to the centre of Paris, however the location also gave us privacy and we appreciated the quietness. Our time at Jean Charles was fantastic. He was very responsive prior, and throughout our stay. The apartment met our needs for the 4 nights for 3 people. We liked the neighborhood as well. The Boulangerie right in front of the RER stop, highly recommended. There is also grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. The commute on the RER D pretty simple, as it's 1 stop away from Gare de Lyon. Overall we're very happy we stayed at Jean Charles's place.

it was a homey stay for me and my family, just like what they described nice and clean just right place for family not to far from the supermarket and only a walk away to the metro, its about 30 mins to go to the city center by metro or Uber, this place is nice if you like a quiet neighbour and have a good rest, juliens and Stephanie will answer your question immediately and the kitchen equipment is just what we need Thank You.

It was really nice stay in Antoine’s place. We enjoyed conversation every night in the Beautiful Haussmann style living room which is airy and sunny. Located busy street but once we closed the windows, the noise was completely shut down. There are a lot of supermarkets, boulangerie and Kebab shops. We enjoyed good one named RS food 24. People were kind to us and the prices were great. Even 3rd floor, it’s didn’t matter to go up for us. Just a little sport at the beginning and ending of the day. Also there are nice connections to the city center of Paris, including terminal stations. We profit it every day. I’ll happily recommend this place. Merci beaucoup, Antoine!

We had a wonderful stay at Xavier’s place. It is located in the nicest area and all the locals around were so friendly. Tons of restaurants and shops nearby. Walking outside, you are almost immediately able to see Notre Dame which is a short 5 minute walk. As far as the home goes, it was ver comfortable and the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Thank you, Xavier for the wonderful stay!

Lovely comfortable apartment in a great location for public transport. Good range of local shops and bars, with lovely patisserie and boulangeries in the area. The apartment is on the third floor, which keeps you fit, but that means you can see the Eiffel Tower from the kitchen window.

Great apartment. Ramo was very helpful and immediately available if needed. The apartment has everything you need and the jacuzzi and sauna were great added extras and exactly as described. A great way to relax in the midst of being a typical tourist in Paris.

We had a lovely stay at Jean's. Clean place, easy to access, supermarket, bakery, restaurants and RER nearby. A little extra with the jacuzzi and parking!
