The apartment fully met our expectations. It is tastefully decorated, has a well-equipped kitchen and offers a magnificent view from the balcony. The bed was very comfortable, ideal for working. You can tell that the apartment was previously occupied by the landlord, which gives it a personal, cozy character. The location is also excellent. A REWE market is nearby, and the bus stop right outside the door allows quick access to the city center. We especially appreciated the wooded area behind the house, perfect for hiking. Normann is a great host. He was always eager to make our stay as enjoyable as possible, gave helpful tips and recommended excellent restaurants. Particularly positive is that he picked us up from the train station and responded quickly, friendly and uncomplicated in the event of an incident. Overall, we can fully recommend the apartment.

We felt very comfortable in this apartment. The location was good, we had many things to do in Frankfurt and could easily reach everything by car. But also the S-Bahn would have been quick to reach. If we are in the area again, we will be very happy to come back.

We spent a few really lovely days here as a family. It’s one of those rare Airbnbs where you can instantly feel that the host has poured heart and care into every detail. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming - it truly felt like a home away from home. The place was spotless, well thought out, and super comfortable. The kitchen and the bathroom had everything we needed, and there were small, thoughtful touches that made us smile. The beds were incredibly cozy - we slept like babies! And the view over the city, especially at night, was just beautiful. The location is peaceful and quiet, yet close to everything. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy, and we’re especially thankful for the flexibility with a slightly later check-out - it really helped with our online meetings. Veronika was amazing - kind, attentive, and always there if we had any questions. You could feel her thoughtfulness from the first message. Thanks again for the warm welcome and such a well-prepared space!

We spent three beautiful Easter days in Bad Münster. The apartment is bright, clean and well furnished. The view of the Rheingrafenstein is great! The central location is ideal for excursions and hikes even without a car.

We stayed in this great apartment with our dog for a quick getaway. From the beginning, we felt very comfortable. From the precise directions, to the private parking right outside the door, to the super super nice reception at check-in, everything went perfectly from the start. Ralf is a perfect host and always available for any questions. The apartment is very cozy and super equipped with everything you need. The highlight is of course the large hot tub, which you can really use 24/7. The location is perfect. There are plenty of shopping opportunities. Many of them are within walking distance. A great starting point for excursions. Ideal with a dog, as you have a nice garden area and can take wonderful walks directly from the house. We were completely satisfied and would come back. Thank you for the hospitality.

We felt extremely welcome at this place! The welcome was very friendly and warm. The apartment is great - great furnishings and beautifully decorated. There was all that you could ask for. We will be happy to come back sometime!

Grandliving was truly grand. The lovely apartment in a classic, elegant Jugendstil/art nouveau style was super. Comfy bed, wonderfully equipped, spotlessly clean kitchen, walk in shower with hand held option, washer and dryer. Building has elevator. Close to grocery store, parks, restaurants etc. I would stay there again.

The home is beautifully maintained. Very friendly and helpful.

Veronika's apartment in the old forestry commission is super easy to reach by car. Free parking on the premises. The key was already in the front door on arrival, so it was also smooth. The place was clean, cozy and tastefully decorated and there was (almost) nothing missing. The surroundings are very quiet, except for occasional trains that could be heard in the distance, and are only "disturbed" by the chirping of birds. The surrounding garden is well maintained, beautifully landscaped and offers numerous beautiful seating areas to relax! A supermarket and a bakery are within walking distance (albeit steep). It was just the right place for a few relaxing days and recommended!

We were received incredibly nicely. On Easter Sunday, we found a nest of chocolate chicks outside our door. The apartment is very quiet overlooking the castle park, which unfortunately is not open to the public. But you can walk to the picturesque medieval town of Büdingen in 2 minutes. We felt very comfortable - the ideal place to explore the Spessart or the Wetterau from.

We spent a nice long weekend at Sabine's place. The apartment is well equipped and very clean - we lacked nothing. The surroundings provide ample scope for hikes and excursions. We also enjoyed the quiet location and the good communication with Sabine. We will be happy to come back!

Both rooms tastefully and practically furnished; single beds 120 cm wide - very comfortable; in the kitchen everything necessary is available, fridge even with freezer compartment. Spacious bathroom with good storage options. Apartment located on a park, quiet and with beautiful views of the countryside, a few minutes' walk to tram stop, bakeries and supermarket. Communication with Razzaq at any time and promptly, key handover directly on site and adapted to our arrival. A great stay!! Highly recommended!

Only stopped over for one night but a lovely clean, comfortable place to stop

Stefi and her husband are warm and thoughtful hosts. We felt very comfortable there. The studio apartment was spacious and cozy for two of us, the kitchen well equipped and the view from the balcony is fantastic. We were able to use the pool in the house and by arrangement also the sauna. We had a great, quiet and relaxing weekend.

In the hottest week of the year this place was a hit for us. We fully tasted the great swimming pond. Our two boys have liked the family atmosphere so much that they want to come back next year.

The start was a bit tedious, with Melanie we had agreed an arrival time 3-4pm, as she was on vacation, a deputy was organized. Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding there, the key was deposited in the key safe, but we had not received a code. On site, we waited for 2 hours without a response from the deputy / as well as Melanie . In the meantime, Airbnb support was contacted and a replacement hotel booked. Shortly before the waiting time set by the support service expired, the deputy came back and we were able to enter the apartment... PHUU... so support contacted and replacement hotel canceled. NEVERTHELESS: We now also want to write about our positives, because in addition to our miserable check IN, the apartment was in PERFECT condition. A FEEL-GOOD OASIS when entering the garden and the possibilities that can be used on the terrain are simply great! We would love to come back

I was booking for my work colleagues for long periods and they all were very happy for the stay. The cooperation with Irmgard was perfect.

It was a super nice stay at the place. We got a great explanation in advance where we can find everything and were able to travel comfortably on and off again. This apartment ,very clear and spacious , 30 minutes from Koblenz (according to work in progress and therefore traffic conditions!!) proved to be a haven of peace in nature. Nice terrace, with aromatic plants conducive to rest, and on the same level access to the private pool. A luxury when you come home after the very varied visits around ( Eltz- Belstein-Coblence-Bad Ems- Limburg-Eltville and Eberbach monastery). Everything is quality . Erika is a discreet and attentive host. We recommend it!

Nice clean place to stay. Silvia and Bernd are very friendly and accommodating. Communication went very well. The train station can be reached in a few minutes. You don't hear trains, it's pleasantly quiet. We had another wine tasting at the two of us. We felt very comfortable.

Simone is a very nice and accommodating landlady. Apartment exactly as described. Clean, cozy and equipped with everything you could need. Communication and check-in without any issues. Can only recommend it.
