Hello, we look forward to having you at our farm! You'll be staying in a 1-room apartment in the outbuilding of the main house. Our farm is a 500 year old, restored Franconian farm (monument). Relax in this special and quiet home with its own kitchen and bathroom. Our dog Zahra will greet you happily, so it would be good if you like dogs and horses, because they also live here at the farm. A camper parking space is available if needed.

The cozy shepherd's wagon is located in the old town of Margetshöchheim, right on the Main bike hiking trail, just a few steps away from the water. Shopping, a bakery, a swimming lake & the Rococo garden are also nearby. Somewhat hidden, the romantic retreat is a private refuge with a veranda, outdoor shower, herb corner & outdoor kitchen. Karlstadt with its historic old town, many restaurants and shops is only 2.5 km from the apartment. The beautiful outdoor pool in Karlstadt opens its doors on May 1st.
