Very pleasant stay of 2 months, felt right at home from day 1. Everything was provided. Friendly parents of Adel live next to the house and you can go there with a question, very helpful. This location is highly recommended. From here you can visit different places and a taxi is not expensive. Many restaurants in the area and you can take very nice walks there. I'll definitely be back again sometime.

We had a nice stay with the family, the accommodation is central, close to the city center, the train station, and the old town.... We recommend it.

The apartment with a huge terrace offered an indescribably magnificent view of the open sea and the city, which we could enjoy anew every day - a truly priceless start to the day. The apartment itself is clean and well equipped. In the kitchen we found all the necessary utensils. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. All inquiries were answered quickly and kindly. We spontaneously decided to extend our stay by one day, and the communication was also impeccable here. An absolute highlight was the immediate proximity to the fantastic beach - you really only had to cross the street and were on the beautiful sandy beach in a minute! If you want to enjoy your day every morning with the soothing sound of the sea and an unforgettable view, I highly recommend this place. Thanks for the nice days and see you next time.

A nice and well-located apartment close to the beach and within walking distance of the medina. Erkan is a nice and attentive host. The apartment is well appointed but be careful with the shower exit because the floor is slippery. I am very satisfied with my stay. The neighborhood is quiet and the place is quiet.

Stayed a week and it went mostly well - I had a couple issues that Oussema was able to quickly solve or advise me on. One was that it was a bit tricky getting hot water from the shower, but he let me know what to try to fix it. The only problem I had that couldn't be quickly adjusted was that the neighborhood was a bit noisy, but some of that was probably temporary (sounded like some renovation was going on). I wouldn't have spent as much time in the apartment to notice if the weather hadn't turned out to be a bit cold and rainy, so ultimately wouldn't be a big deal for most travelers. The neighborhood has a number of solid restaurants and grocery stores within 5-10 minutes and is otherwise close to a major street with lots of options. It is a bit far from the Sousse Medina, but it's about a 5-6 dinar taxi ride to get there (e.g. the Ribat) which is not bad at all.

Very nice apartment in this small family building, perfectly located for beautiful walks on the waterfront. The bedding is great (I want the same!). The place is peaceful. Communication with Wided is simple, precise, and helpful. The family is very helpful and attentive to make your experience the best possible.

The combination of excellent amenities, a prime location, and the exceptional hospitality of Samy made it a truly memorable stay. I had a great stay and made many great memories here! I rented the place for 2 months. The location is good, very walkable and accessible to taxi service as well! Everything I needed was close by. I did some other travels from here and felt very secure in leaving belongings behind. The building is very secure! Any issues I had were dealt with promptly and Habib was quick to respond and very polite and kind! I would definitely return to this nice, beach side location! I did alot of cooking here and found that the kitchen was well stocked with all the basics! Overall, a fantastic experience!😁 Thanks Habib
