Family-friendly vacation rentals in Magog

Close to the United States so fresh if they have made For the Milky Way chalet, I was expecting this theme inside too. But too much decoration that has no relation, rooster, wolf, butterfly, etc. On the other hand in the spas, the view, the sky that really represented the name of the cottage. Would I go back? Yes, without hesitation. For the price it's worth it. The beach not far away is a plus;-). I loved my stay;-)

Michels place was a relaxing getaway. We came for a ski / hike trip and absolutely loved our stay. It’s remote enough that we sat outside and watched the stars for two nights in a row. Michel was very responsive to all of our needs that came up :)

Fantastic find for our family ski trip. We will definitely return. Lots of room and the hot tub was a hit.

Super warm welcome. Alain took the time to tell us about the history of the house (centenary), as well as to inform us of things to do and see in Waterloo (Qc). There is a craft brewery (ROBIN) nearby, a seven-minute walk away. We were restricted in our activities by heavy rains. But we watched horror movies on the giant screen. What added a little spice to our experience... Definitely a memorable experience and to be repeated. Thank you

Great spot to pick up! The cottage perfectly matched our expectations with all included. We also enjoyed the calm and beauty of nature around as well as the dog enclosure for our little beagle who had fun! :) Our host Maxime was super nice all along and very pro active. We recommend it without hesitation!

My friends and I had a great stay at Rockers Retreat for a weekend of spring skiing at Jay Peak! The place was absolutely pristine and very accommodating. The three full bathrooms were perfect for our group of seven skiers. We made good use of the hot tub, gas fireplace, and enjoyed flipping through some of the books out in the living room area. Would love to come back next season, thank you for making us feel right at home!

We stayed at Yohanns as a base for skiing at Jay Peak and Sutton. Everything was great. Comfortable beds, hot shower, lovely setting, great hot tub. The local villages are limited in terms of dining options but the kitchen is well set up for cooking etc… Would certainly stay again.

very nice experience at the cottage - kids liked it and we had lots of games and puzzles to do on a rainy day. interior stair will be remebered :) saw lots of deer and two wild turkeys every day on the gravel road to keep in mind when driving. ski is few minutes alway with a car. most of the close by restaurants (30min away) open after thursdays, so we were goint at the owls head hotel restaurant- not bad but need reservation on a busy days. overall excelent 5 day ski vacation. kuddos to the owner.

I've read all the previous reviews because I wanted mine to be even more special. I don't have a pen as beautiful as most of these. But all I can tell you is that it was…….PARFAIT!!! The hosts were perfect , the refuge was perfect, the place was perfect, the trails were perfect, the deer was perfect... Thank you Denis and Diane, and see you next year for sure.

Sara and her mom are very easy-going hosts. I traveled with a friend and two dogs, and we all felt very welcomed. There's a small fenced in area on the roadside of the house, and tons of open farmland in the back -- both were great for letting the dogs out. Sara's parents are very quiet neighbors, but it was also nice to know they were nearby if anything came up. A 26-mile rail trail starts out of Richford, which is a five minute drive from the house.

We had a lovely time at this quaint mountainous home. The neighbor nearby had some horses that grazed near the home every morning and the vistas in the distance were incredible to see. We would love to come back again next year, maybe during the more peak foliage season. Thank you all so much for your hospitality, especially for providing us an extra night!

This place is as advertised. We immediately felt at ease upon entering the place. It is a cozy European style chalet that is close to skiing and the village. We are already planning a return next winter.

If you want to get away from "it" to experience peace and quiet, while still having access via short drives to fine dining and things to do, this is the place for you. Bruce, Jean, Rori & Phoebe

We had the most wonderful stay at Patrick’s iconic Yellow House! This was our third time gathering with friends and family at the “Maison Jaune”, and it felt just as special as the first. Patrick is an incredible host who made everything so easy and enjoyable. We celebrated my daughter’s birthday, a slumber-party, with a handful of friends and the loft provided the perfect space for such a memorable event. The entire space is very welcoming and full of charm, making it easy for everyone to feel right at home. Thank you, Patrick, for creating such a fantastic place for families and friends to gather. Looking forward to a future visit!

Just awesome. Slopeside access, close to Tram Side and right on Grammy Jay which was easy for the littles to get the day started on the way to the double. When it was cold (once) we used the fireplace and the condo warms up quickly. Plenty of hot water. A near perfect stay. Fantastic!

Stayed at Mike’s place for 3 nights while skiing at Jay Peak. Ideal location and was just the perfect layout and space for my party of 6. Even with 3 adults and 3 kids there was still plenty of extra space for additional guests. Some nice restaurants just down the street towards Montgomery. The space was also ideal for cooking in and enjoying time with everyone. Have been to Jay Peak often and would certainly be interested in renting again.

Great house and responsive host. Kitchen was very well stocked for cooking and there were plenty of books/games to keep you occupied.

The cottage was very large and met our needs well. There were 15 of us and it was perfect as a place. The environment is quiet and intimate. The cottage includes interesting amenities for a stay with friends. Would highly recommend! We'll go back for sure!

The location of the small chalet is perfect! Away from everything but close to the parking lot... We found the accommodation quite easily thanks to the small signs installed! The latter is very well equipped. Despite a rainy weekend, we took refuge inside! Equipped with a deck of cards and a good bottle of wine :) Very relaxing and refreshing place. We loved it!
