En helt fantastisk leilighet, med en super beliggenhet rett ved stranda i Cala D’or😃😃 Verten var kjempehyggelig og hjalp oss med alt vi lurte på, uansett tidspunkt på døgnet. Anbefales på det sterkeste!!

The photos look great, but this place is even more stunning when you arrive. The apartment was lovely and spacious, the balcony view is simply stunning and you have everything you need on the doorstep. The host was great for recommendations too

The apartment was fabulous. Spacious, clean, very well equipped - it literally had everything we could have wanted and needed. Location is perfect, next to lots of shores, bars, restaurants and the beach is across the road. Toni was extremely helpful and responded to questions very quickly - pretty much instantly. Toni provided suggestions for local restaurants and told us about local farmers markets. We are cyclists and there is even access to the garage to store our bikes, tools etc. We were very pleased with all aspects of the rental and we will definitely use it again when we are in the area. Highly recommended.

Nous avons séjourné 5 jours chez Miguel fin avril. L’appartement était encore plus beau que sur les photos. Les espaces pour 3 personnes (ce que nous étions) étaient parfaits. La vue (le matin et le soir) étaient fantastiques. Les levers et couchers de soleil étaient merveilleux à regarder. Les couleurs sur les montagnes du Cap Formentor juste devant étaient changeantes à chaque heure de la journée. Les kite surfeur faisant leurs prouesses devant l’appartement étalent spectaculaires . Ce fut un hébergement au-delà de nos attentes. Nous avons adoré. Il y aussi plein de belles balades à faire ( Alcudia, Polencia, Lluc et Valldemossa).

We had an amazing stay, the apartment is beautiful and was extremely clean and tidy. We loved the views, it was an easy walk into Port de Soller and there were a lot of good recommendations from Biel that we utilised! Would definitely stay again!

Thank you John for a great stay in Palma! The apartment was very spacious and perfectly placed to walk to great restaurants, grocery stores and coffee shops. John helped us find parking close by and gave us great tips to save money by booking parking in advance. He also gave us many recommendations for our time in Palma. The AC worked really well. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. L’environnement est calme et reposant, parfait pour se détendre entre amis. La plage est facilement accessible à pied en seulement 200 mètres, ce qui est un vrai plus. Le logement est très propre, bien entretenu et conforme à la description. À notre arrivée, tout était impeccable : le linge de maison sentait particulièrement bon. La literie est confortable, la cuisine bien équipée, et nous avons apprécié la terrasse pour nos petits déjeuners. La vue donne sur la rue et un hôtel mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé. La communication avec l’hôte a été simple et rapide. Le logement offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix, notamment grâce à sa proximité avec la plage, son confort et son emplacement paisible, à l’écart de l’agitation du centre de Palma. Nous recommandons ce logement sans hésitation et reviendrons avec plaisir si l’occasion se présente !

Maria's place was the perfect spot for our short holiday. It was ideally located right in the center of town, surrounded by great restaurants and with a beautiful view of the sunrise over the trees. The apartment had everything we needed, and the kitchen was especially well-equipped, including a coffee machine, which was a lovely touch. Maria went above and beyond by providing breakfast items, drinks, and snacks to make our stay even more enjoyable. She was very attentive, staying in touch throughout our stay to ensure everything was going smoothly. Highly recommend staying at Maria's place—great location, thoughtful host, and comfortable accommodations!

Magnifique maison fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. Seul bémol sur les aboiements de chiens des voisins la journée et surtout la nuit mais que faire contre ça... Merci à Catalina et Julien pour leur disponibilité et leur accueil tout était parfait.

Miguel's apartment is a nice and small oasis of peace. Palma city center is about a 25-minute walk or a 6-minute bus ride away. Miguel was always there to help us with any questions we had. We recommend the apartment.

We hebben het heerlijk gehad. Een prettig huis op een fantastische locatie. Zeer compleet ingericht. Een paar minuten lopen vanaf het strand en op 100 meter van de gezelligheid van restaurants en bars. Bakker en supermarkt ook direct om de hoek. Ook de tuin is erg prettig en er waren zelfs emmers, schepjes en luchtbedden voor op het strand voor de kinderen. Fantastisch! Phaeton is een vriendelijke host en had alles keurig voor ons achtergelaten. De ruimte was zo groot dat we met 5 personen de woonkamer en slaapkamer beneden niet eens nodig hadden.

C’est un petit coin paisible où tout est doux et calme, la lumière est chaude, les oiseaux, les poules, les chats, le chien, tout le monde vous invites à ralentir, à vous détendre, et contempler le calme. Nous avions une jolie chambre très belle, cozy, tout était là pour qu’on ai de quoi se préparer des petits plats (et heureusement, car on avait même pas envie de quitter l’endroit pour manger ailleurs.) Les matériaux sont nobles, d’une simplicité parfaite! La piscine est délicieuse, invitante! Notre hôte était accueillant et bienveillant. Je souhaite à tous le monde de goûter au bonheur qu’offre cet endroit merveilleux!

Great location of the house. Incredible silence and nature. Plenty of space for groups of friends or a nice quiet holiday on the island. Great communication!

Aakash and Guillermo are great hosts and have a wonderful house. It's very comfortable, beautifully designed, squeaky clean and has a great location! The house was very well equipped as well. We had a wonderful time - 2 families with teens.

Nous avons plusieurs jours en famille dans le logement de Sebastia, et ne pouvons que le recommander chaudement. La communication avec Sebastia était simple et efficace, le logement facile à trouver, et bien situé pour rayonner à Soller et dans ses environs. Cerise sur le gâteau, la gentille attention à notre arrivée avec des chocolats et gâteaux traditionnels pour Pâques. Un grand merci à Sebastia pour son accueil !

Catherine’s villa was absolutely beautiful ! Stunning views of the village of Soller and the best fresh orange tree by the pool to finish off the perfect setting.

Another wonderful stay at Oliver's beautiful home in Cala D'or. Paradise! we will be back.

L appartement de David est très bien situé et très spacieux. L appartement dispose des équipements nécessaires et même plus ! Je recommande vivement se logement.

We spent a week at Ralf’s apartment with our 9 month old and it was perfect. The apartment was clean, had great amenities and two fabulous balcony’s. A cot and high chair was provided which was super helpful. The coffee machine was a big bonus! Everything was close and within walking distance, the beach was around a 5 minute walk and the centre was around a 10 minute walk. Would highly recommend staying at Ralf’s if you are a couple or have a young family.

Marzena & Matthias has a great apartment, amazing view of the sea, close to bars and restaurants but distant enough to get peace and quiet. The apartment was clean and had great amenities, the two bathrooms were a plus. They are great hosts, easy to communicate with and gave us both clear practical instructions as well as local recommendations. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!

We had a nice 4 night stay here. The beach is an easy 15-20 minute walk on flat ground. Lots of souvenir shops and restaurants in the area. Lots of free parking around the apartment. Really nice pool. Quiet and peaceful. Nothing to complain about

Xisco made it very easy to find the apartment and he was very easy to contact if needed. We stayed for four weeks and he sent a couple of texts just to check everything was ok. Very enjoyable stay, 5 minutes walk to the beach and about 4, to the large Eroski supermarket

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, die quasi direkt am Strand gelegen ist - in 2 Minuten ist man fußläufig am Meer. Alles andere, wie Supermärkte, Restaurants und co. sind auch super schnell erreichbar. Außerdem gibt es ein durch ein Tor sicheres extra Parkplatz-Gelände direkt vor der Haustür, was sehr praktisch ist. Wir waren total zufrieden, die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben. Akim (der Sohn von Maxim) war ab der Schlüsselübergabe unsere Kontaktperson und ist sehr sympathisch und zuvorkommend. Er war Tag und Nacht für uns erreichbar und hat uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich gestaltet. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft definitiv weiter und würden immer wieder kommen. :)
