非常美好的体验，我们在这里度过了非常美妙的假期。这栋别墅位于宁曼一号正对面的别墅社区里，虽然在闹市区但是非常安静，因为挨着宁曼一号，所以周边购物、美食、休闲都非常非常方便，超出预期的体验。虽然房子感觉稍有年头，但是保护的非常不错，很有家的氛围。另外中文管家LEO超级贴心热情，为我们答疑解惑，推荐夜市，也在暴雨来临之际关心我们的行程。非常感谢他！也很谢谢房东！

The house is located in a convenient location, walkable to key locations. Check in was pretty seamless. A few things to note: - Beds are very hard. I couldn’t sleep much. - Bathrooms upstairs both have showers however, one of them has shower right next to the toilet with no divider in between and the other one’s glass divider doesn’t work that great. They aren’t “full baths” I’m used to. Water pressure also isn’t the best. - though in a relatively quiet neighborhood and we felt safe, Buildings are closely built together and we could hear everything going on next door. Bedroom windows look right at the apartment buildings next door with clothes hanging, etc. not the prettiest sight to look out at. If not for this reason, we would have enjoyed the balcony and yard more. Alley leading to the house is very small too and hard for cars to turn around. - we found a huge cockroach in the toilet downstairs the first night. The rest of the house seemed clean but this made me wonder a bit.

Great location with a private pool. We really enjoyed the space and central location, it meant we could walk most places and return for short breaks to cool off in the pool before heading out again. All bedrooms had an ensuite and were spacious. A great option for groups travelling together

Nous avons passé un très chouette moment dans ce quartier de Chiang Mai ! accessible facilement en Grab, dans le centre mais pas trop et avec une chouette vie de rue. Un chouette endroit en plus pas loin pour des petits déjeuner succulents. le logement etait bien organisés propres, et a l'arrivée, de l'eau et des petits snacks nous étaient offerts! Vraiment, je conseille !

Pop und Ian sind sehr besondere und beindruckende Gastgeber. Ihnen gelingt das Kunststück, sowohl hoch professionell als auch warmherzig und familiär zu sein. Garten und Pool sind einfach paradisisch - man merkt an jedem Detail, dass es sich hier um zwei Menschen mit viel Stil und großem ästhetischem Anspruch handelt.

Excellent experience. House comes with a cleaner and you get beers and water frequently refilled for free. Also if you want a tour they can arrange it for you with good vans and drivers. As mentioned by others it is about 30 minutes away from Chiang Mai Old Town, but you can get there with Grab Taxi’s. Also I was expecting a more jungle like experience but the villa is next to a busy road with a lot of noise in the morning. You can hear planes landing also. Finalky, the house smells damp and can use a little upgrade / attention to detail. However, it was a really big lovely place, we have had great advise and there is a very nice local place called Namthoeng Cafe nearby. In the afternoon we loved to just hang out near the pool, all quiet. So yes it’s a five star experience!

We had an AMAZING stay! Everything was great from the comfortable rooms to the beautiful pool and the incredible host! The villa was so peaceful and relaxing that none of us wanted to leave! The host went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of! The breakfast that was served every morning was delicious! The beds were big and very comfortable with 5-star hotel linen quality! There was a pool table and many other games to play along with as well as smart televisions to stream movies or music! The location was excellent and we were provided with a van driver to take us wherever we wanted to go for reasonable charge! Overall a great experience and will definitely be back again if ever in Chiang Mai!

We really loved our stay here. The house is just as beautiful as the pictures if not more so. And our one-year-old had such a blast in the swimming pool. We loved the tamarind fruits falling from the trees and they have become my son’s favorite snack. It’s true the when we first heard the fruits falling in the roof, it startled us a little but later on we fell in love with the sounds. It gives the house life and special energy. And we really enjoyed the company of the lovely family of the housekeeper and their two cats. The sweetest ever. I would strongly recommend family and friends to stay here and maybe for a longer time. We stayed over a week and were sad to leave.

This Airbnb was so beautiful and a great stay for our group of 8 people. Definitely 5/5 stars and just an aesthetic place. Just a few things to note if visiting: the frogs at night are very loud, especially more so in the rooms closest to the living room but ear plugs and playing rain noise on our phones helped a lot. There is a rooster next door as well, but we didn’t totally mind an early wake up. Lastly, the pool is absolutely incredible but when the ground around it gets wet, it is dangerously slippery - just something to note if elderly or children will be visiting. We were just extra careful. I still think this place deserves a 5/5 though bc they are all manageable things and out of their control. It was also exceptional because they allowed for a late check out due to half of our group getting food poisoning and we appreciated that more than anything.

Such a beautiful and peaceful place. Naphat and her team went above and beyond- finding me massages, providing babysitting services, cooking tasty meals even getting me medicine when I got sick (respiratory bug caught on plane) . Highly recommend

實際入住的感覺比照片美的太多太多了！ 泳池非常乾淨又很寬敞，還有按摩功能❤️ 客廳、廚房非常乾淨明亮、採光很好、器具齊全，挑高的設計讓人非常舒服。 每一間客房都很精心設計且都有衛浴設備，熱水穩定、水量多！ 如果再來清邁一定會再來入住🥹🥹🥹 超級棒的住宿體驗！

We had an absolutely AMAZING stay at the Nimman Villa 17… our host Nina was the most friendly, helpful and kind woman. She made our stay extra special. We had delicious different pastries and bites delivered every morning and even after we left, she let us know we left some things behind and we were able to go back and retrieve them. The hospitality here was above + beyond and even though the price was a little steep for our liking, the service and location made it worthwhile! We would most definitely stay at the villa again if we were to come back to Chiang Mai. Thank you Nina for a wonderful stay!

I had a pleasure of staying at this incredible villa. The villa itself was an oasis of comfort and luxury. The spaciousness and the beautifully manicured garden of the villa allowed us to feel relaxed and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the fabulous private pool!!! The water is clear and pristine, not only the pool was impeccably maintained, but the addition of floaty and pool ball provided was a delightful surprise! The host was very responsive and helpful. When we reached out for additional blanket, they responded promptly and arranged speedy delivery to our villa. The location of the villa was a bit difficult to find, yet the host gave us immediate and easy-to-follow instructions upon our enquiry. Despite a few minor issues such as many insects and some noise from the construction right next to the villa, the villa's combination of luxury amenities, pool facilities and beautiful greenery make it an outstanding holiday destination!

Stayed here a few times when travelling with friends to Chiangmai. Right next door to One Nimman so incredibly convenient to walk to restaurants, cafes, shops and bars in the Nimman area. Well equipped house with a pool. 4 en-suite bedrooms upstairs. A real oasis.

非常完美的的住所！如果你們有好幾個房間需求，與其找五星級飯店，我更推薦這個泳池城堡民宿。房間跟公共空間都寬敞整潔，適合全家出遊或者好友團體出遊！

the house was perfect for a overnight stay or a weekend. it was very private and quiet. we loved the pool and the outside space. the rest of the house was furnished well and was very nice and relaxing. the only thing was it wasn't the cleanest, but still a very nice place.

非常感谢jay，这几天像家人一般的陪伴，对我的所有问题都响应迅速，并妥善处理，包括帮我去取快递哈哈。再说说这栋房子，我们一行人都非常满意，大草坪可以让孩子肆意奔跑，清澈的泳池工作人员每日都在打理，让我非常放心让孩子们玩耍，还有厨房和客厅所有的零食、饮品、红酒都是免费品尝的，真的太震撼了！洗衣机、微波炉、灶台、厨具、餐具（包括筷子），应有尽有。细节满满到让人感动。孩子们淘气玩坏了窗帘，工作人员修理好后也没有为难我们。我们还会再回来玩的，非常期待和jay的下次相见。❤️

Ein wunderschönes luftiges Haus mit Pool sowie großen Garten. Wir durften hier einen Monat wohnen und haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Peter und Jao waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es war sehr privat und ruhig. Zwischen 21 und 24 Uhr ist Live Musik zu hören, je nach Windrichtung mal mehr mal weniger. Ein Auto ist zwingend erforderlich und viele schöne Plätze wie Hang Dong Markt oder Kad Farrang sind in 10 oder 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Haus hat keine Waschmaschine, d.h. Waschen und Essen/Einkaufen gehen kann man gut kombinieren. Wir haben, bis auf einige Stunden am Tag im "Arbeitszimmer", keine AC benötigt, da es in Chiang Mai angenehm warm ist und das Haus über Deckenventilatoren verfügt und mit offenen Fenstern schön klimatisiert. Es war wirklich toll für uns 🙂

This was my first time using Airbnb, and I decided to stay in a quieter area of Chiang Mai—best decision ever! The villa was super spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The private pool was amazing, and we had a great time grilling in the BBQ area. The whole place just felt really relaxing, and the host was super helpful. Definitely a spot I’d come back to!

Amazing place a little outside of Chiang Mai town. After arrival you will be amazed by the hotel like entrance, restaurant on side and pool area with scenic mountains on the back. But there are only 3 bungalows so everything is very private. Host is very friendly and has great recommendations what to do and where to go. There is a fridge with craft beer next to the pool which you can take anytime and just tell the host what you got and pay once you check out. Restaurant was unfortunately closed as we stayed on a Monday but got very good reviews on google so I’m quite sure it will be good and a pity we couldn’t try. The design of the garden blends very well with the nature and the space is actually huge. There is even a pond at the back of the property with quite a nice amount of rare birds to be seen..... recommend if your are a birder. Overall we had a fantastic stay and we’ll be back for sure

Amazing property right in the old town centre - around the corner from all the cafes, bars and restaurants - if you happen to be there on Sunday the street market is just at the exit of the little street right by the house. Location is perfect - central but quiet and private. Huge house with lovely pool - we were 2 families of 5 and had plenty of space! Very clean - we didn’t use kitchen much as the restaurants around are amazing! And the massage place 1min walk highly recommended! All in all amazing place and great host!
