Vacation rentals with a patio in Madinaty, Second New Cairo

I really recommend it for the families and groups, a great place and a great host

This is the most secure and comfortable place I have stayed in Egypt. The surroundings are quiet and safe. The rooms are spacious, and both the living room and the bedroom have their own bathrooms, which is very convenient. The hosts, Dr. and Hassan, are incredibly warm and helpful. They assisted us in so many ways, and we are truly grateful! I would definitely stay here again when I visit Cairo next time.

Amr and Nesreen are extremely hospitable hosts. They were able to accommodate my circumstances and were extremely responsive. The location of the apartment is on the outer edge of the Madinaty compound so it was a little difficult to track with the map but otherwise, everything else was absolutely perfect

I had a great stay at Ebrahim’s place in Madinaty! The check-in process was very easy and smooth, which made everything stress-free. Ebrahim was also very helpful and responsive whenever I had any questions. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I would definitely recommend staying here.

It was like a home away from home and had everything we needed especially in the kitchen, so many amenities. Microwave, mixer, iron, etc The washing machine was great. There washing powder in abundance. Shower jell. Toilet roll. Etc all in abundance. Main issue was the ACs in the living room weren’t working so couldn’t use them to heat. BUT the host did provide a small heater to make up for it.

Our stay at this charming studio was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease. The space is compact but incredibly well-designed, with every inch thoughtfully utilized. The studio was impeccably clean, stylishly decorated, and had all the comforts of home. We loved how cozy and inviting it felt, with soft lighting, a comfortable bed, and a modern, fully equipped kitchenette. The location was perfect — peaceful and quiet, but still just a short walk from local shops, restaurants, and attractions. Special thanks to Mohammed!

I really recommend this place , the house was very clean and the same pictures , and very nice neighborhood , and the owner is very friendly and helpful, and he was always respectful , the house was of the best places i rented in Airbnb, i had my family came to visit me and i rented the house for them , and they had the best time , so rent the house direct , don’t wait .

Dr. Mohamed provided detailed instructions, and he made sure that I understood everything. The apartment is spacious and was cleaned. I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The owner was incredibly kind, friendly, helpful, making me feel right at home. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Inas was very responsive and helped us alot. She allowed us to check in early and check out late. Everything was great and access to the pool and garden was just perfect for the kids. Location is great.

Very nice place to stay, clean and nice furniture. The host is very helpful and showed me the local shops and market. Very impressed
