Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Mackay Regional

Megan & Dave were excellent hosts, easy to communicate with, friendly & welcoming. An excellent base to see the sights in the area, & then come home to a warm & cosy house. The fire place works great, maybe, a little too well, it was so warm, the house is well insulated, it was a novelty to have a fire & being in the clouds was great, very atmospheric. I loved ‘Sacred Springs Farmhouse’ it was so peaceful and a beautiful place, both the house & surroundings All in all had a lovely stay, Megan & Dave are a lovely couple 😊

Excellent value for money. Enough breakfast provided for our 3 night stay, ample food and pantry items. Anything you need to have the creature comforts of home is at this accommodation. Donna and Peter are incredibly friendly and kind - more than accommodating of any requests. Would definitely stay here again!

Barry's home was just beautiful. Absolutely everything you could possibly think you would want was available. The views from the kitchen and dining areas were nothing short of spectacular. And the views from the master bed? You just don't want to get out of bed in the morning. Debbie's (within walking distance) had beautifully fresh seafood and the pub meal we had on the first night was very good. Will definitely make this a regular stopover for our road trips in future. Loved everything about it! Thank you Barry!!

Our little family stayed at Jessica's and to be honest it was so refreshing visiting our home town from Brisbane. Being walking distance to the look out and beach was so nice. We drove into Andergrove and the CBD, location wise it was nothing to drive from Slade Point to town. The home itself catered for our family, two adults and multiple babies. Gorgeous appliances, soft clean linen, clean home, toys area for kids with bunk beds and Nespresso machine (love coffee). Future guests will love how easy and outgoing Jess is to communicate with.

This is easily the best property we have stayed in. In a long time. The attention to detail was excellent. The hosts were lovely and easy to deal with. Great value for money. We’ll be back.

Wow! What a gem! This is true luxury in the forest. The moment you arrive. Just the front door is extra wide and custom made. The beautiful floors and carpets, all the appliances are top of the range. I never knew a toaster could gracefully descend your bread before turning it to toast. Washer/dryer. Hair dryer in both bathrooms! Beautiful wine glasses. Great coffee machine! I brought my own coffee machine and didn’t need to. Even filtered water! If you are a water snob, bring your own. I always bring my soda stream wherever i go. The bed! So comfy and the sheets so soft. Great pillows! We didnt get to use the fire pit due to weather or the fireplace. We saw kangaroos and the in-house turtle is just a gorgeous thing. Seriously. You need a week to fully enjoy this place. So thoughtfully created. There was nothing missed. Ok. There was no mini bar ;) However there was a basket of snacks . And 1 litre of milk and even juice. This is a 10/5

Wonderful stay! The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Great location and a very responsive host—would definitely stay again!

Wow! What an absolutely incredible place to stay. The house was beautifully designed and the layout was flawless. We immediately felt at home and there was everything you could need and more. The space was peaceful and well thought out and will definitely return when back at Mackay
