The apartment is amazing! If you want a spacious apartment, this is your choice! Well located, clean and very beautiful. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos, with all the necessary items for a perfect stay. Roselei was extremely attentive and helpful, always available to answer any questions. I definitely recommend it and hope to be back soon!

We really enjoyed the stay, we would definitely come back. The apartment is very large and comfortable, there were 5 of us and it met our needs. The place was clean and the linens too, accessible garage and easy to park, having an elevator made it a lot easier.

Wonderful stay at this 2025 carnival. Apartment better than in the photos , super airy, everything working perfectly. Super helpful Jonatas e Inês. We forgot two bottles in the apartment and have already notified us and offered to send them in the mail. We will definitely go back many times in this apartment. Not to mention that everything is close ... underneath the building a super good market. Beautiful and passionate city. What fantastic travel we had....

Apto as advertised. Simple but all clean, organized. Near the Baths, easy to go, quiet place, My Fathers and brother loved it for sure will come back. Glaucia answered all questions quickly, thoughtful. Super district I give you the great price for accommodation. Super indicate.

Excellent reception, we were well received and showed us the whole apartment, condominium and functionality of everything, as well as great tips. The place is very nice, close to the center and you can do everything on foot, counting on two garages made it very easy. The air conditioning in times of heat was excellent, everything perfect! Returning to Piratuba for sure we will stay there again.

Hi, maybe I forgot to ask or didn't see it in the listing. Apartment 401 has three floors of stairs to access or 4 floors from the garage. Our group had an elderly couple where an elevator was needed. The rest is just praise, great location, beautiful balcony view of the relief, spacious and well air-conditioned apartment with 4 air-conditioners, fully equipped kitchen. I highly recommend the place.

New and impeccable apartment, first-rate appliances, new and comfortable furnishings, fixtures in good order. The host Elaine is an easy to communicate and very helpful person. It was 3 spectacular days in Piratuba.

Wonderful location. Panoramic view of the balcony , amazing and in general we were practically inside the spa in less than five minutes. We will miss you. Lord Ademar was very attentive and kind.

The space is fantastic... it has all the amenities for a quiet stay. Clean environment, comfortable beds and the location is excellent. Although it does not have a garage, this was not a problem because there were places on the street that is super safe. Sure will be our option for a future return to the city. I recommend it!

Spacious organized environment, quiet location, 2 blocks from downtown, and very close to the Thermal Baths. It has 3 double beds, 1 king that can turn into 2 single beds, it has all the utensils in the kitchen and barbecue, oven and stove working well, we paid for bed and bath linens separately. We had our Christmas dinner and felt at home.
