Great apartment, good location, the host is always helpful, with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Brand new apartment, condominium with sauna and pool. Very safe area to walk at night and close to the beach.

The stay was great, very peaceful, Vanessa was very kind to leave water, sugar, coffee, cleaning products, the building staff was very peaceful, I loved the parking space, it's like that when you get out of the elevator, I would definitely come back.

I stayed for 7 days in the apartment, the experience was great! The location is excellent, close to everything: beach, markets, restaurants and pharmacies. The apartment was super clean, well maintained and perfectly met my needs during the stay. I recommend for sure and would host again!

I spent the weekend with my family, staying at Monique's apartment. Clean apartment, super cozy, very well decorated and comfortable, exactly as advertised. Well-equipped kitchen, with everything we needed. Bed and bath linens are clean and in great condition. Monique is very polite, attentive and helpful. She gave us several tips for restaurants and tours. Very good condominium, on the seafront and the staff are super attentive and polite. I really enjoyed it and I intend to return to Barra de São Miguel soon. I highly recommend Monique's apartment.

Villas do Pratagy is a beautiful place, great to come with the family, the children loved too much, especially the pool.

The apartment is perfect, well decorated, illuminated and well flavored. The TV is a show, as is the towels and linen. The kitchen is well equipped for small meals, the availability of the cooler is also a hand on the wheel. The penthouse is a spectacle apart, the sunset is amazing, the panoramic view of the elevator a show! I have no negative points, just details like the bed that could be bigger for the couple, and I think the extra mattress is not comfortable for a third guest. Ah, and the sea view of the apartment is only from the side on the balcony, which is still amazing. I would stay again and recommend it!

The apartment very well equipped, has enough utensils and in good condition for this and, mainly, it leaves basic things such as toilet paper, detergent, new bushing, a little spice, garbage bag, clean dish cloth. I find this a great point to be considered because it avoids the fever having to buy things that are basic and that are obviously going to be left over. It also leaves things that are not basic and so they enrich a lot, such as a hairdryer, beach chairs and even a bag of sandy toys for children. Impeccable towels, great bedding. Everything clean and organized in the apartment. The only point to be analyzed is that the apartment is on the first floor and facing the street, so it is a little noisy because of the cars and mainly motorcycles that pass by making noise, but it is bearable. The stay is well worth the stay, this is the second time I stay in the building that has a great structure and with an exit to the beach, which makes it much easier

My stay was absolutely unforgettable. The apartment exceeded all my expectations, it is from those places that already at the entrance you feel that it was thought with affection in every detail. Extremely organized, beautiful, functional and complete for real. Each corner was designed to accommodate, from the soft lighting to the comfort items that seemed to read my thoughts. The hostess came as a surprise aside: considerate, present when we need it and with a rare sensitivity to create an environment that embraces. Sleeping here is like resting in a cocoon of silence, the sound insulation is so effective that the rest actually happens. And wake up with the sea of Maceió calling you by the balcony… it is indescribable. The view calms, inspires and delights. I felt embraced by this place. The building has incredible leisure areas, with wonderful experiences, that sunset is unique and will be a memory that I will carry forever in my life. I believe it was a stay with soul, comfort and essence.

Great as ever! Fourth time hosting is very pleased

It's been an amazing time at that place. I loved it when I saw that there was a baby feeding chair and a little grocery store, my baby enjoyed it a lot. Very beautiful and comfortable house, structured condominium with a beautiful view. We just miss a clothesline and towel rack in the bathrooms.

Casa Manai is very comfortable ,well decorated and fully equipped. We spent wonderful days always feeling the refreshing breeze that circulates throughout all environments.Deciding to the sea or enjoying the balance of the net in the garden or refreshing itself in the pool or in the jacuzzi…what was not lacking were pleasant things to enjoy the holidays in the best way. Matheus and his mother were extremely helpful. Finally, the house is not only walls and floor,it is port,it is dream ,it is a heart.

Ana's home is exactly as advertised “ dreamy.” Excellent location, cozy house, fabulous layout for a family coexistence.....all the best. In addition, Ana's tips and care with her guests is out of order. I highly recommend it.

We found what we were looking for: rest in a comfortable home, an inviting pool and a calm sea of warm waters! Our experience could not have wished for more. We were at 15 people and unanimous the feeling of returning soon. Few eventualities and everything resolved quickly. The location of the house is the strong point... it's worth too much!

Aunt's place is simply perfect and he was extremely dear and flexible and attentive with us and my whole family - we were in a huge group and everyone was comfortable. I highly recommend it.

The stay is exactly as the photos show. There's no secret, you can go without fear. The employee Leila is very attentive and helpful with questions, always attentive to the phone. The pool is the perfect size for the number of guests the house accommodates, as is the sauna. The rooms are comfortable. Clean Jacuzzi and working perfectly well. The location is very good, close to the beach and it is possible to walk. The surroundings have some streets that are not yet paved (which is totally common in beach regions) but this does not detract from the beauty of the stay. I recommend the stay without fear.
