Beautiful Hideaway in the hills of trás os montes

This place is our sacred go-to spot when we want to get out of the city and immerse ourselves in nature. This place has special significance for our family because it was here that as a child, we would spend whole days watching over the cows, reading and dreaming as the sun moved across the sky towards dusk. We have recently completed renovations, adding solar & central heating and we would love to share it with people who are looking for a unique experience in an unexplored region of Portugal.

Recanto Transmontano

In Macedo de Cavaleiros, the holiday home Recanto Transmontano offers you an excellent mountain view. The two-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and six bathrooms, plus an additional toilet, accommodating up to ten people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace, television, air conditioning, beach/pool towels, as well as books and toys for children. A pool table is also available.

Casa do Forno

Located 20 km from the city of Bragança, Casa do Forno is a rural accommodation located in the center of the village of Parada de Infanções. It is situated 15 minutes to the river beach of Azibo. The rural house overlooks the mountain. The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen, toilet, living room, double sofa bed and mezzanine with double bed. Outside there is a small garden, where you can rest, have a good time of leisure and still delight in a barbecue Free Wifi.

Eirinha's House - Azibo

Cozy retreat in a 1937 property set in a small village in the northeast of Trás-os-Montes. The house has been completely remodeled, has an open space environment with 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and a sofa that can be converted into a king size bed. For an immersive experience in the midst of nature with mountain scenery, it is the perfect place to rest and enjoy. Pets are allowed. 6 km from the Azibo reservoir, 5 km from the center of Macedo de Cavaleiros
