The place was accessible, great value for money for a 2-bedroom unit, and had good amenities. It was very spacious. Only one bedroom had air conditioning, but there were plenty of electric fans in each bedroom, kitchen and the living room. I really appreciated that the essentials were provided, such as drinking water and toiletries. Additionally, there were laundry shops just below the unit. We stayed for 3 days as a freelancer, and when I checked the internet speed, it was 10 Mbps. This was sufficient for administrative work, but for those who rely on voice tasks or meetings, they may need a faster connection. We were informed that we could park in front of the dental clinic, but on our last day as we were leaving, we were approached by the clinic owners who told us that parking was only allowed there at night. It wasn’t a deal breaker, though, it didn’t impact our overall positive experience. The host was very responsive and accommodating.

We had a great stay. The place is so nice and clean. Ate Mary is very nice din she helped us to check in and gave clear instructions. Will definitely book this place again soon ❤️.

The place is great and as you’d expect. Everything is clean from the room, the CR, and the kitchen. We really appreciate that the kitchen is spotless and even had new sponges and utensils. The TV has the usual applications that you would need, and the wifi is also quick. The host was kind enough to allow us to check in early and include a table for us to work on even if we didn’t ask for it, as we casually just mentioned that we will be working during our stay. Overall, we love how clean the place is and complete with all the amenities you need. Along with the seller being very considerate and thoughtful of his guests. Will definitely book again.

The place is described perfectly. What you see is what you get and it's not any less than cozy and home-y. This is an SMDC unit so don't expect a large room but Ms. May managed to make up for it by making it clean and nice to stay in. She is also very friendly, accommodated us whenever we asked for help, and made everything super smooth. Highly recommended for couples staying in tagaytay for a bit, but if you're bringing a car, the parking may be a little far from the unit (but this isn't the hosts fault as SMDC is known for having weird parking spaces anyway). But that's a small price to pay for a place as lovely as this and a host that is kind and responsive to their guests, and my GF and I had a great time. 10/10 would HEAVILY recommend and we will definitely come back.

Wi-Fi wasn't that strong but got the job done. SMART service strength is a hit/miss in the area. The only problem you'll have is internet if ther are a bunch of you but other than that, the place was perfect and affordable, bang-for-buck.

Clean place and good ambiance

Everything was as seen in the listing. My relatives enjoyed their stay and told me that they would be booking this unit again.

This place is right for a home away from home weekender. My kids and I love their videoke, the sound makes you feel like your voice is just perfect for a tune ! The unit is pristine, beds comfy, kitchen has the tools to prepare a good breakfast. We walked around their triangle in the afternoon, I felt safe as it was private. They have a nice kiddie house by the clubhouse too. We loved the open space. My heart is full as my kids enjoyed our simple bonding. I already put this unit as my favorite ❤️ as we will be back again for sure.

We had such a lovely stay! The WiFi was absolutely fantastic — not a single buffer the entire time. My husband and I were able to work remotely without any interruptions, while our daughter enjoyed her nursery songs on her tablet and Netflix played seamlessly on the TV. The property was exactly as listed, and its location near Hillbarn Café was a bonus. Having dedicated parking made things even more convenient. One sweet touch — our little one was looking for Billy the dog before we left! Highly recommended for families looking for a smooth and comfortable staycation.

Great stay, right off the main road so easy to access with public transport. Lots of restaurants nearby!

The unit is clean with a secured parking area within the compound. Location is walking distance to Levitown market, restaurants and S&R. The host is responsive and Mam Beth is amazing.

My family love Shem's place. It's a cozy living space that exceeded our expectations. It offered both hotel room luxury and condo convenience, without chopping a huge chunk out of our pocket. The unit was modern, clean, smells good, and fully equipped with kitchenette. Communication with Shem was also easy and polite. The fresh beddings and towels that smell so good too, plus the complimentary snacks, truly made us feel welcome. Highly recommended for both short and long stays.

Had a great and relaxing time at this place. Was the perfect spot as a friend was getting married nearby.

My family had a great stay at Kim's place. From the start, she was very accommodating and responsive—she answered all my questions quickly and made the whole booking process smooth and hassle-free. The place itself is spacious, clean and well-kept which made it really comfortable to stay in. One of their favorite parts was the veranda—it has such a nice view and is the perfect spot to relax, especially in the morning or late afternoon. Overall, it's a peaceful and cozy spot, and I truly appreciated Kim’s hospitality. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Stayed for 2 nights. Loved our stay. It had everything that we needed. Space was big enough, cozy and loved that there were so many movie apps to choose from. I only wish they had a tv in the room too . The receptionist was friendly, the host was responsive. Place was safe and quiet. I appreciate that it’s not a high building. We had a wonderful time here at Karen's place. The place was clean, quiet, and basic amenities were provided. View from the balcony was amazing. Karen was also very responsive to my queries .

The place was great & relaxing. Added points that they allowed the pets to stay. Unfortunately my family went there at the time of typhoon, they were safe inside the room but unable to explore the view 😀. We will try again next time!
