Fazenda Raiter deserves a separate story, because this place is incredible. Staying here is sure to be magical at any time of the year. Fazenda Raiter has a fabulous location and scenery. This place has a real Italian spirit. In particular, in the spring, during my stay, I noticed a striking resemblance to a Toscana villa. In Fazenda Reiter you really relax and in general, you live. The air here is so spicy, sweet and delicious that you can go out in the yard with coffee in the morning without dessert. Special thanks to the owners of the Fazenda Raiter: Mrs. Oresta and Mr. Myroslav. These are the nicest and friendliest people I have ever visited. I also can't help but notice the unsurpassed delicious food that Mrs. Oresta can sometimes treat. The interiors of the rooms are absolutely true. Moreover, in reality the rooms are a little nicer and more cozy than in the photo. Inside, everything is done with great love and taste. It is clear that each subject has its own history and that they are treated with care and respect. I will say that there is everything for a quiet and comfortable stay. Here you can either work or just enjoy the precious silence while reading a book. I will definitely come back here again!

We stayed in Lilia's houses with a company of 11 people. Everyone really enjoyed their stay. I want to note that the houses are in a great location, the road to them is in very good condition. Thank you Mr. Pavel for the pleasant communication and help with everything you need. It's also cool that there is a forest nearby and there was an opportunity to go to the mushrooms. Regarding the improvements, it would be cool if it was possible to somehow distinguish the area with a vat so that people from other hotels are not visible, who are relaxing in it and not crossed with them on the territory of the houses. Overall, the experience is very positive. Recommended for your visit. We will definitely come again with friends.

My friends and I had a wonderful time at Nadezhda's house! The estate is large, made with great attention to detail, love for nature and for people who will live in the house. A very well maintained area with an incredible amount of flowering plants, a wedding, a sauna with a pool from the mountain river, a fireplace in the living room and on the terrace, a lot of cozy places for privacy - all this contributes to a real holiday! Nearby there is an extremely beautiful nature, picturesque mountain Pikui, in the next village there is a coliba with a very delicious kitchen (10 min by car) The only downside is the bad road to get to the track, you need to drive half an hour through the pits. It's not about the house itself, but it can be important to someone. We will definitely come to Kukavica again! 💛

After a small issue with our car on arrival, host couldn’t have been more helpful, and was available anytime if needed. The catering service provided for our New Year dinner was of very high quality and we were extremely happy with it.
