Location of house is really interesting and walkable to other interesting places. There are also so many cozy cafe and bar. While I was staying, I felt safe. It’s valuable to come back again.

Nice bright apartment, lots of parks and museums nearby

We had a great stay! Apartment has a great location yet still is really silent. Whole place was spotless clean and the host was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

The apartment is very comfortable for 2 people. Everything was super clean and tidy. The location for what we went for was super. What if the price was a little high for what it is but since it was the recital of the lice, everything was in that value. We highly recommend it and would come back.

The apartment is as represented online. The apartment is modern, a bit on the small size, but comfortable for two. The deck is amazing with a beautiful view and is larger than portrayed in the photos. One couldn't ask for a better location including having well stocked local grocery store next to the building. There is some noise from the building's gym located above the unit and on weekend evenings the music from a local bar is audible (part of being is a large city). As a prior guest mentioned, there is an iron but no ironing board which was frustrating. In totality, these are minor inconveniences against so many positives about this location. As an experienced traveler and user of Airbnb I would not hesitate to stay at this location again. Finally, Nicole was responsive to questions and provided clear instructions.

Well located place, metro, supermarket and restaurants nearby. The Depto is very comfortable and a very quiet area. Sofia is always attentive to needs and respond quickly. Thank you so much!!!

Steven's place was great to accomodate 3 people, we were very comfortable. It was in a very good location, very walkable with a mall and Plaza Arenales near by. The apartment was very clean and accurate, Steven was great to communicate with, very welcoming and very responsive. Great experience at his apartment

Apartment with accessibility to the center of Palermo on foot, transit, even for presenting bars , kiosks, supermarkets around the department there were always police in the streets, which made it safer. It wasn't noisy (just a week they were building up above my apartment, but no noise). Nina always quickly answer any questions, super predisposed to provide help in case of inconvenience. Very neat and comfortable.

The truth is that the apartment was spotless! Super comfortable, nice, clean and with good services. When I detected that there was no adapter for the plugs they fixed it quickly and smoothly. It is a location that I like a lot, on an avenue (safe and easy to get taxis and uber) but high and very quiet floor. Also very close to good restaurants, bars, and movida. It's easy to get around to other parts of the city. I highly recommend!

So perfect Apartment, accessibility and felicitas👍 It was great that I could walk to the main tourist attractions and they gave me detailed instructions on how to check in so I could easily get into the apartment. And thanks to the friendly felicitas🥰 I got some great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. If I ever come back to Buenos Aires, I would stay here again.

I stayed for two months and the location in Palermo is great. The flat is close to many restaurants, cafés, and bars and a bit over 10 min to the metro station. This was my only flat out of five in Buenos Aires that was actually quiet. The flat felt new and modern yet charming. It was very clean. AC and WIFI worked without any issues. Communication was great.

Super comfortable. And the most incredible were the evening views, it looks like a movie. Just keep in mind that downtown at night is a bit loco haha, but it's fun! I'd be back!

Great stay at Santiago’s. Beautiful flat, in a good location - on the edges of areas with bars and restaurants. Host gave me timely and helpful instructions on getting in and using the place.

We enjoyed 12 days at Pablo & Kristoffer’s condo. Everything went smoothly! Pablo greeted us at the entrance and explained everything we needed to know about the residence. He was also reachable if we had any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop patio with the barbecue and the jacuzzi! The location was excellent, with lots of restaurants and green spaces in the area. We used Uber (inexpensive) to travel to the various sites in Buenos Aires. It was always a pleasure to get back to our condo to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I have no hesitation in recommending this Airbnb!

The location is excellent. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, just as seen in the photos. The check-in and check-out process was easy since the building has 24-hour security. Mariana was always attentive and responded quickly. I would definitely come back!
