Space exactly as described. Mr. Paulo was very attentive, Jacilene, who received us, was very kind and friendly, they met all our requests. They serve very tasty dishes, order the tapioca which is quite stuffed. The place is quiet and pleasant, very close to the beach. We only had a small inconvenience with a neighbor in the flat next door who made a little noise and it became uncomfortable at bedtime. Everything else was great.

The house is practically a foot in the sand, beach and lake right in front of us. The adults, the children, the dogs took too much advantage. My dog didn't want to leave, he left crying. It has a restaurant on each side, both very good. The service, the flavor of the dishes and the generosity of the portions of the @tabagrillmirante restaurant are a differential. The owner of the house is extremely willing to put us at ease, worrying if everything is working round in the house. The house is very well equipped to serve large families. There is a giant table that we do not know how they managed to place inside the rsrs house. Several support tables, inflatable hot tub, large pool, good quality and very clean bed and bath…we love it!

My family and I love our stay, home as in the photos, super cozy, well-equipped kitchen, Fabrícia always helpful, flexible check in and checkout, place close to everything, we love, only what bothered and that is not the fault of the host, it is that there are many mosquitoes of the place, other than that, perfect!!

Emílio's house is organized, clean and cozy. We felt at home, our stay was peaceful, a few nearby streets have a beach, bakery, markets and the like. We were well received, Emílio and Fernanda were always available to give us feedback, they were very fun days. The house matches the photos, and the descriptions exactly as they actually are. Location as advertised. A car is required to get from João Pessoa to the airb. I will definitely recommend it!

Antonio was extremely polite and attentive even before we closed the accommodation. Responding clearly and being very flexible with check-in and check-out. The house is complete, with all the necessary utensils for a good stay. I went with 2 small children and didn't miss anything. I recommend it to everyone!

The stay was quiet and comfortable. From the first contact, Sara was very kind and explained everything we needed to know. The house is not so close to the beach, but it is easy to walk if the person does not have any mobility difficulties. The pool is great, the house is well divided, the kitchen has many varied pots for different needs, the stove is brand new, various dishes and blender. We love it <3 Note: As in every beach region, it is worth taking repellent to protect against mosquitoes at night.

Beautiful place, impeccable backyard landscaping, wonderful pool, cinema view, quiet and safe beach. The homemade Ironildo is extremely helpful and polite. We had the privilege of relying on Sandra to help us with the kitchen, which was great too. The house is old but completely functional. Airy, with working air conditioning and everything for a very comfortable stay. In addition to the pool, there is also a canvas slide with a water pump that the children loved. We drink coconut water from the backyard, eat jambo from the backyard and take advantage of the outside area for coexistence and meals.

Mr. Jordão was extremely attentive, solicited and patient with me and my family. The house is very good and well-equipped. The negative point of the stay ended up with me that I didn't notice the open gate at an exit from the condominium, which ended up generating some discomfort for the neighbors. But Mr. Jordão maneuvered the situation brilliantly warning me and calmed the condominium staff. I returned as quickly as I could to repair my misunderstanding. Outside to that was all very quiet. Mr. Giovani and his wife Clara are exceptional hosts. Extremely polite and kind. We felt at home. The property met our expectations... we wanted a spacious and cozy place to gather our family and the accommodation delivered what we needed. Highlight for the outdoor area, all covered, ventilated, with swimming pool, barbecue and several tables. No reservations!

The house is very large and comfortable. All bathrooms were clean as well as all bed and bath linens. The pool and the clean game space… all rooms with working air conditioning and the very comfortable beds. The kitchen has all the indispensable utensils, microwaves, airfraier, gelagua, two refrigerators and a stove with 5 mouths. The beach is quiet and is right next to the house, about 5 minutes walking distance. RECOMMEND!!!
