Harbour View is a beautiful 2 bedroom house that sleeps up to 6 people in the stunning bay of Bobovisca Na Moru on the island of Brac. The house is in the front row to the sea just a few steps from the beach and incredibly clear waters of the bay. There are 2 stand-up paddleboards and 2 kayaks at the house so you can hit the water as soon as you arrive. The house has been renovated in recent years to a high standard (including a new kitchen in 2022) and has a very large terrace for relaxing on.

Our tiny house is located in the old olive garden, with more than 80 olive trees, and is just a mile away from Milna, nautical center of the island of Brač. The location is easily reachable by paved road. There are two pedestrian pathways to reach the nearby Lučice Bay beaches on the south side of the island. The house itself can accommodate 4 persons - there are two galleries, one with queen size bed and the other with two single beds.

House is totally renovated in 2019. with a new bathroom, kitchen, living room and bedroom. House is about 200m2 in two floors it has two separate external staircase floors equipped with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms fully equipped, 2 kitchens inside and 1 mini outdoor, large outdoor fireplace, and Private beach with sun beds and a shower. On the second floor, we renovated all three bedrooms, bathroom, and living room. All doors and windows are replaced.

Our studio apartment in the loft of our family home is the perfect spot from which to enjoy Sutivan and the island of Brač. It's great for a couple and there is an extra bed if you are travelling with a child. We are a British/Croatian family living in Sutivan and have created this studio apartment in our loft for visiting family. It has a separate entrance, its own terrace and a well-equipped kitchen so you can make this your home from home.

Dračevica is in the center of the island, all major towns on Brač can be reached in a short time by car, while in the house you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the Dalmatian island. There is a very good restaurant about 1 km from the property.
