My family loved the stay, very spacious, WiFi fast, have an space for laundry drying which I saved more from doing laundry outside, AC works good. Emily (caretaker) is very approachable and very friendly, she’s very easy to deal with. we will come back again for sure.

5 stars! You don't have to worry about bringing food, you can just order using GrabFood. The place was spotless, very clean. The trees beside the pool really make you love the ambiance. I love the layout and the overall vibe. Also, ate Eva was easy to deal with!

Rolando was friendly, prompt, amazing, and an all around wonderful human being. We had a small issue with some ants and his team was there fixing it within a few hours in the middle of the night. I will absolutely be staying here again during our next trip.

Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! I am coming back! Thank you Miss beautiful Kim and your co-host who woke up at 4am to get us our ride to the airport!

I work remotely and needed some quiet from the hustle & hustle of Manila (and didn't like the idea of being on the 67th floor of some building). So I rolled the dice and looked for a place outside the city and landed in Cainta. I needed a makeshift desk and Ms Honey made it happen. The apartment is nestled inside of neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat. The grocery isn't far and the mall is a bit of a hike, but I like walking as it gave me a chance to see things. My favorite spot ... Coffee Daniel. Best Spanish Lattes hands diwn. And my favorite part ... the people Everyone was courteous and kind. The coolest part was after playing basketball with the neighborhood kids them calling me as I passed by on my way somewhere. I've traveled all over and of all the places this felt most like I was at home. It's a bit out of the way, but if you want a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood, this is your place. If the universe says the same, I'll be back

best place to chill staying for one day we manage to enjoy it so much not just the pool but the scenery as well.

We really enjoyed our one-night stay and actually wished we had booked for two nights. The place was clean, the air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the water pressure in the bathroom was strong — all the essentials were spot on. A couple of small things that could be improved: we were only provided with one pack of bathroom tissue, which ran out quickly. It would also be helpful to have a few extra rags or cleaning cloths available for the kitchen area. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’re already looking forward to staying here again!

Definitely worth the price! Place itself was secure, nearby shops, and they were responsive. Extended for another night and they were very accommodating. Thank you! Will definitely book again.

The owner was very kind. Even though we arrived early, she arranged for us to check in. We stayed with our family of three and all of us had a comfortable 10 days.

Arlen is a wonderful host. She prepared and organized everything perfectly. I felt at home in her apartment. The furnishings are very cozy. I would have loved to stay there longer. I can highly recommend her.

The hosts, Shine, Jheof, Mark and Grace were all amazing. Super friendly, easy to communicate with, and made everything really simple for us. They were quick to answer any questions and genuinely cared that we had a great stay. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Nicky is a great host. Very responsive and kind. I checked in late at night but he responded to my questions very quickly. There is also a parking for my motorcycle which is nice. The unit is really nice, it has a very homey vibe and it's clean. It has everything I needed. I also liked that there are food available that you can buy in case you get hungry. No need to go outside. He also let us stay for a couple of mins inside the unit until the rain stopped. I will definitely go back if I needed a place to stay near Metro Manila. I highly recommend this place!

One of thr nicest places I've stayed, while in Manila. Many of the Shore/Shell units near MOA are in poor repair and lack basic utensils and appliances for "living". But, this place was well equipped. I would definitely recommend.

So happy with Julia's place. Even better than the pictures. Would highly recommend for big families or groups. Very accessible and convenient. parkjbg is just beside the unit. Julia is very responsive and considerate too. Would definitely consider the place again if needed in the future. 😊

Joseph is a great host! I had issues with Netflix and had to message him at midnight , he didn’t have to respond as I know my hours were extremely inconvenient— but he still did and helped me. That’s top notch hosting! Thank you Joseph

The accommodation is great! Ms. Felisa responded immediately to our concerns. We also loved how cozy the place is. We just had some minor inconvenience—their mini washing machine was broken. Good thing they have a hair dryer, we were able to dry our clothes. Amenities are complete. We really loved the TV! Masaya manood kasi malaki. ☺️

Leaving a review even though I was not able to stay here due to technical issues in booking. The best host I have communicated with so far! He was very understanding when the booking date was incorrect - helped all throughout the process. Though unfortunately didnt went through in the end, but chatting with him made the sad situation better.
