Vacation rentals with a patio in Lovedale

Moira’s apartment was a fabulous spot to spend Christmas - it was clean and well stocked and she had gone the extra mile with Christmas decorations and even a couple of gifts under the tree! Her communication was excellent and I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone needing a spot to stay in Newcastle. Thanks Moira!

This is a wonderful unit. The best thing about it was the view! During the two days that we were there it rained, almost none stop. Our stay in Newcastle was all the better for the view. Had we not had it, it would have been a very disappointing stay. We did managed to get out one or two times during a non rainy period for a quick walk. It is a very well located unit and comfortable and well stocked with provisions. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay, and close to cafes, restaurants and the water. It’s the little things that make a stay and Warwick provided extra blankets, large bath towels, blanket on lounge etc. he also provided good recommendations on local places to eat and visit. Very good communication and check in on us until we had arrived safely. Would stay again!! Thanks!!!

Nicole made everything easy and perfect. The house on arrival was set up exceptionally from lighting, to temperature and it was so clean, it felt like home. The communication was constant and prompt. She gave great advice on where to eat and had everything set up beautifully. Having the private parking spot that was fully covered with access to the apartment was awesome as we had a lot of rain. I would absolutely come back in a heartbeat and Nicole has made her space tranquil and calm. The beds are super comfortable too!! Thanks so much for sharing this space with us.

What a lovely place! I couldn't recommend this stay more. It was such a relaxing weekend, and we will definitely be back. The hosts were incredibly friendly and quick to respond, the house was beautifully styled and cozy.

I stayed here for my birthday with friends and family. It was the perfect setup. Plenty of room, plenty of activities such as the games room, great views, beautiful sunsets, peaceful surroundings. I would definitely recommend staying here for any celebration, and/or holiday.

We had a wonderful stay! Ola and Barn truly thought of every detail, making our experience so much more enjoyable. The kids’ room was a highlight—complete with a toy box full of hours of entertainment! We even had beautiful Christmas decorations throughout the house that made the holiday extra special. It felt like they went above and beyond to create a welcoming, thoughtful space for our entire family. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need, from all sorts of plates and dishes for our antipasto platter to even the tiniest things you might forget—like a screwdriver! We were so grateful for that, especially when we realized we needed it to add batteries to the kids’ Christmas presents. The little touches made all the difference, and it felt like the hosts were truly invested in ensuring we had a perfect stay. I had an amazing stay at this beautiful waterfront house! The location is absolutely stunning right by the water and incredibly peaceful, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Waking up to the calming sounds of nature and the view of the water was truly refreshing. The house itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my visit, which made the experience even better. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway in a serene and scenic spot, I highly recommend this place. I would definitely love to come back again!

We had a great stay at Travis’ place. A very cool and well designed townhouse located in a great position to explore the local area. It was spacious and comfortable for our family of 4. Definitely recommend.

A beautiful peaceful location and property. Lots to do close by. Fantastic having kayaks & paddle boards on site. Highly recommend for a fun and relaxing getaway.
