The studio has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, bath with a shower, a double bed, a large, comfortable sofa, WIFI, and TV. Just outside the windows is a garden area with both sun and shade and tables available for you to enjoy.

In the grounds of a turreted 15th century château - featured in a number of homes & interiors magazines - this beautifully converted, spacious, former stables is set in glorious gardens with views over our 10-acre truffle orchard. Full of character and charm, thick local limestone stone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during the colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining and has an uninterrupted view of the gardens.

Your 45 square meter cottage is located in a property in which we also live quietly and close to Center Parcs 12 minutes away, the Châteaux de Brezé, Saumur, La Mothe Chandeniers, Montreuil Bellay, the cellars, the Fortress of Chinon, Fontevraud Abbey. Our small stone village and the only troglo village in Deux-Sèvres awaits you… (spa and meals optional)

Our cottage is independent of our accommodation, it is located 3 km from loudun, close to the castles of Loire SAUMUR, CHINON, FUTUROSCOPE, LOUDUN, THOUARS and CENTER-PARC. Art and culture are all about loudun. You will appreciate our accommodation for the calm. Our cottage is perfect for a couple with child, solo travelers, business travelers and families (with children).
