It spreads on two floors with open space kitchen, dining and living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the garden there is a chlorine free, private swimming pool-heated from April to end of October. The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

Close to our home (by foot or by car) there are three little beaches (500m in 10min by foot). By the beaches are free parking places. We can communicate in english and german.
