The condo was just as described and very comfortable and well-appointed. The location was great, as long as you are looking to be in the middle of the Jaco scene. There were times when loud music from the beach disturbed the peace of enjoying the ocean view, but that is just the nature of the spot. Overall, we were very pleased and enjoyed our stay tremendously. Karina was very nice and the people at the front desk of the building were also helpful.

This was our second trip in two months at this place and again it was amazing. Perfect location and perfect host and building.

We were pleasantly surprised to find a 25 meter lap pool. The location was perfect, and the condo fit our family perfectly. We loved sitting on the balcony or roof top to watch the surfers during sunrise and sunset.

Excelente alojamiento, muy bien equipado, bastante cómodo, en él encontramos todo lo que necesitamos durante nuestra estadía, super recomendado.

Absolutely fantastic. Excellent location, the condo was in great condition, the windows to the beach provided an amazing view.

This was an amazing condo; every room had a partial view of the ocean. The staff at the condo complex were courteous and always helpful. It was a good location, away from noisy bars, but within (long) walking distance or a short drive to all the Jaco bars and restaurants. Laura had some restaurant suggestions which were excellent. We’ve stayed in dozens of condos over the years; this was the best or close.

Jose’s condo was an amazing find. We stayed there with some family, and it was perfect for us to have our own bedrooms but also have a nice shared space to all spend time together. My parents stayed at a similar condo close by but ended up spending most of their time with us at Jose’s condo as it was a nicer place to hang out together. Jose was always responsive, came immediately to help us with any questions or to show us how to use appliances, and was so accommodating. Perfect place to walk to restaurants, shops, the beach, or just to relax.

Matthew was very responsive and very kind. Laura who also worked with Matthew was informative and a sweetheart. The place itself was beautiful! Great view. Very clean and a lot of space. I would definitely rent this place again when I come back!

These hosts went ABOVE and BEYOND! We accidentally left our passports in the hotel safe in San Jose. When Melissa found out, she offered to coordinate with her relative to pick it up and bring it to Jacó. It was such a lifesaver. She even dropped them off at the restaurant where we were eating at the time. The accommodations were clean and beautiful. The balcony with an ocean view and the sounds of waves crashing was incredible. The pool was fabulous. A woman named Raquel came out to the pool to bring food and drinks that you could order from her café, just around the corner. It was absolutely amazing. The best vacation with my bestie!

I’ve stayed in multiple apartments at the Palms condominium over the years and this on is by far the best one. This place was very clean, organized, peaceful. I highly recommended. If you are looking to come and stay in the Jaco area this is definitely a good choice. 5 stars for sure!!

El condominio es nuevo, excelente vista a los atardeceres desde el sexto piso, super bien acondicionado, los muebles, cocina y accesorios son nuevos y de excelente calidad. Super recomendado! Gabriel, el anfitrión es una excelente persona, muy atento con todos los detalles! Mi familia muy contenta, haremos lo posible por volver!

Beautiful apartment in a safe and walkable area. Close to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. host was super responsive and very helpful! Would highly recommend!

Our stay here was amazing! Chris and Hollie were extremely responsive throughout our entire stay and provided great recommendations for local restaurants, activities, etc. We highly recommend a 4x4 if available for the drive and enjoyed the scenic views along the trip up the mountain. The house is perfectly designed with modern features and everything you need to ensure you feel right at home. The back porch was incredible for morning coffee and enjoying the views of the beach and jungle, while listening and seeing the wildlife surrounding us. We were extremely comfortable during our stay and enjoyed opening up the doors at night to let the cool ocean breeze pass through. What makes this place extra special is Chris and Hollie. We enjoyed getting to know more about them, the property, their vision for future projects, and you can see their genuine joy for hosting guests. They were readily available when asking questions and made sure we were comfortable. Thank you for a great trip!

Seriously the BEST air b and b. Jose was so kind. He gave us an early check in AND a late check out for FREE since we were worried about leaving luggage in the car while we were on an excursion. The house was beautiful and comfortable. The pools were amazing! loved everything about it! would definitely recommend!

Hemos ido varias veces a Los Sueños porque nos gusta mucho el lugar. Bellas vistas, variados restaurantes, excelente ambiente, excelentes servicios, playa, beach club, etc. El apartamento de Leny está impecable y lo recomiendo ampliamente. Lo que lo hace además súper especial es la atención de Leny, sin duda de las mejores anfitrionas.

Very clean, modern, completely private and secure new home. The property has a lot of rules, but the rules are what maintains its quality for the next guest. There were no surprises at this home. The outdoor living space is probably more comfortable than indoors. The water in the pool was warm and inviting. It’s close to the beach and many shops and restaurants but is in a very quiet, residential setting. The entrance and security is only 100 meters or so from the property, but I didn’t hear any traffic while I was in the home. Ekaterina’s check-in and communication was outstanding. There were no negatives associated with the house, and I would give it more than 5 stars if I could.

El lugar fue igual o mejor que lo descrito en la publicación. Tiene una vista increíble y las instalaciones son muy nuevas y modernas. Tiene una división para cada villa, lo que lo hace súper privado y silencioso. Está equipada con todo lo necesario para preparar alimentos y el lugar es súper acogedor. Volvería sin duda.

Fabricio was extremely friendly and responsive from the start, answering all questions we had, even on Sunday morning! We had an amazing time and the house was beautifully decorated and had everything one could possibly need, even an EV charger which was situated right where you park your car - something that stood out by far. Beaches and restaurants all short driving distance. Next trip to Herradura will have to be at Casa Moa!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My stay was fantastic! Kattia was an exceptional host—very responsive and attentive throughout my entire stay. She made sure I had everything I needed and went above and beyond to ensure my family and I were not alone and also made us feel comfortable. The space is modern, clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The amenities here are so amazing and worth it. I would definitely recommend Kattia for all travel accommodations and needs.
