The condo was just as described and very comfortable and well-appointed. The location was great, as long as you are looking to be in the middle of the Jaco scene. There were times when loud music from the beach disturbed the peace of enjoying the ocean view, but that is just the nature of the spot. Overall, we were very pleased and enjoyed our stay tremendously. Karina was very nice and the people at the front desk of the building were also helpful.

This was our second trip in two months at this place and again it was amazing. Perfect location and perfect host and building.

We were pleasantly surprised to find a 25 meter lap pool. The location was perfect, and the condo fit our family perfectly. We loved sitting on the balcony or roof top to watch the surfers during sunrise and sunset.

This property is AMAZING! Honestly, the balcony & view alone is worth booking. Coming from a big city, trading in loud city noises to hear the sound of the waves rolling 24/7 alone makes this place completely worthy. CLEAN. Great location. So much to do in nearby areas. This Airbnb is perfect and goes down as a rebooking if I’m ever in Jacó again. I had such an amazing time staying here. Also, the host/co-host were amazing with assisting with private transportation. I was able to get to and from the Airbnb to the airport with ease. Tip: if you plan to have a massage therapist come over, see if the host can get you a code or something for security. Security onsite take their job very seriously which is actually a good thing, but it can be a hassle to have a service being done in the Airbnb. Other than that just book the d*mn place

Absolutely fantastic. Excellent location, the condo was in great condition, the windows to the beach provided an amazing view.

Jose’s condo was an amazing find. We stayed there with some family, and it was perfect for us to have our own bedrooms but also have a nice shared space to all spend time together. My parents stayed at a similar condo close by but ended up spending most of their time with us at Jose’s condo as it was a nicer place to hang out together. Jose was always responsive, came immediately to help us with any questions or to show us how to use appliances, and was so accommodating. Perfect place to walk to restaurants, shops, the beach, or just to relax.

Matthew was very responsive and very kind. Laura who also worked with Matthew was informative and a sweetheart. The place itself was beautiful! Great view. Very clean and a lot of space. I would definitely rent this place again when I come back!

I’ve stayed in multiple apartments at the Palms condominium over the years and this on is by far the best one. This place was very clean, organized, peaceful. I highly recommended. If you are looking to come and stay in the Jaco area this is definitely a good choice. 5 stars for sure!!

These hosts went ABOVE and BEYOND! We accidentally left our passports in the hotel safe in San Jose. When Melissa found out, she offered to coordinate with her relative to pick it up and bring it to Jacó. It was such a lifesaver. She even dropped them off at the restaurant where we were eating at the time. The accommodations were clean and beautiful. The balcony with an ocean view and the sounds of waves crashing was incredible. The pool was fabulous. A woman named Raquel came out to the pool to bring food and drinks that you could order from her café, just around the corner. It was absolutely amazing. The best vacation with my bestie!

Absolutely gorgeous view. (Even better than photos). Accommodations were as described. Pool was relaxing. Several really good restaurants within walking distance and on the beach. Will definitely rent again if we decide to visit Costa Rica again.

Our stay here was amazing! Chris and Hollie were extremely responsive throughout our entire stay and provided great recommendations for local restaurants, activities, etc. We highly recommend a 4x4 if available for the drive and enjoyed the scenic views along the trip up the mountain. The house is perfectly designed with modern features and everything you need to ensure you feel right at home. The back porch was incredible for morning coffee and enjoying the views of the beach and jungle, while listening and seeing the wildlife surrounding us. We were extremely comfortable during our stay and enjoyed opening up the doors at night to let the cool ocean breeze pass through. What makes this place extra special is Chris and Hollie. We enjoyed getting to know more about them, the property, their vision for future projects, and you can see their genuine joy for hosting guests. They were readily available when asking questions and made sure we were comfortable. Thank you for a great trip!

Quiet, comfortable place. A few meters away there is a smaller and more exclusive pool area. They always responded quickly. We'll be back for sure!

Seriously the BEST air b and b. Jose was so kind. He gave us an early check in AND a late check out for FREE since we were worried about leaving luggage in the car while we were on an excursion. The house was beautiful and comfortable. The pools were amazing! loved everything about it! would definitely recommend!

Very clean, modern, completely private and secure new home. The property has a lot of rules, but the rules are what maintains its quality for the next guest. There were no surprises at this home. The outdoor living space is probably more comfortable than indoors. The water in the pool was warm and inviting. It’s close to the beach and many shops and restaurants but is in a very quiet, residential setting. The entrance and security is only 100 meters or so from the property, but I didn’t hear any traffic while I was in the home. Ekaterina’s check-in and communication was outstanding. There were no negatives associated with the house, and I would give it more than 5 stars if I could.

Very nice and well located villa. Ingrid was a great communicator, made sure we had all the details for a flawless check-in and check-out. We were close to jaco and good restaurants. The beaches in the area are nice, and it’s only 1.5-2 hour drive to Manuel Antonio National Park!

Fabricio was extremely friendly and responsive from the start, answering all questions we had, even on Sunday morning! We had an amazing time and the house was beautifully decorated and had everything one could possibly need, even an EV charger which was situated right where you park your car - something that stood out by far. Beaches and restaurants all short driving distance. Next trip to Herradura will have to be at Casa Moa!
