The cabin was very comfortable and beautiful, it had everything you need and a unique view! Aracely was very attentive to our stay and made sure we didn't get cold by leaving us firewood. It's totally worth staying there!!! My dad and I were delighted!!!!

Everything was impeccable, from the first day he responded to all our concerns without any problem. Very clear instructions on how to get there. And the best part was when we arrived at the place. Carolina welcomed us with incredible kindness, she made us feel right at home, an excellent host. The cabins are as seen in the photos, beautiful and comfortable with amazing views. If you are looking for peace and quiet and to enjoy the natural environment, this is the ideal place. We were left wanting to try the homemade breakfast, but what we did try and recommend are the homemade cookies, a real treat. Thank you for everything Carolina. The place is ideal to disconnect, the cabin is cozy, clean, well equipped, and in an excellent location… Sebastian, a concerned and attentive host at all times. A 100% recommended place to spend a few quiet days, in an environment that allows rest and relaxation… close to the beach of Puerto Nuevo, and half an hour by car to Ranco.

Puerto Montt is a city that is a little unsafe and requires attention to go out at night, but the building was a little far from the center and it was a relatively safe area.There was an observation deck nearby, and the night view was beautiful.The host was very attentive, prohibiting fried food in the room, and promised not to leave after throwing away garbage, but the room, kitchen, and amenities were fully equipped and very clean.The only problem was that when the two people took a shower in a row, the hot water system was not in time for the warm water and it was cold in the second half.Other than that, there was no problem at all, it was very comfortable.

It is very clean and welcoming Andrea is ready to answer questions on the spot. Nice and quiet area, close to supermarket and businesses. 100% recommended for the cabin and its owner. Andrea, thank you so much for everything, I'm sure when we come back it will be to your cabin!

My partner, daughter and I spent extraordinary days in Heaven and Earth. The Lodge has a wonderful view. If the sky is clear, you can see the stars and see part of the Milky Way. Andrés and Kata are a very friendly couple, willing to help and very open to talk about anything. Happy we would stay here again and always recommend it.
