Great option. The entrance to the house is straight from the garage. Check-in from Kalinin Street - on the map it is marked from Getapia Street, but there is only on foot. Convenient location: a couple of minutes walk to the park, in close proximity to shops and a couple of cafes, 10-15 minutes walk to the center of Dilijan. You can hear the river a little through the windows, for me it's a bonus. The house is large, it is clean, the kitchen has everything. The furniture is not the newest, but everything is clean, everything you need to eat. Very polite, helpful and helpful host. Overall a great experience.

I had an amazing stay! The space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. Was sweet like our home. Modern, great and peaceful apartment and place to live as we live here for 29 days with great views, beautiful and clean, nice BBQ patio with amazing mountains views, fresh with warm hospitality. Two separate flats in amazing conditions. Syuzanna is very responsible and very friendly. This house is so close to the supermarkets and main road which is you can find everything you wand very easily with really good and fair prices. Me and my wife very happy to choose and live here for this Armenia trip. Dilijan is really nice city and of course we will be choosing it again and again.

What a lovely home! Super close to some fantastic restaurants and the best of what Dilijan has to offer. The place was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for our family of 4. Arevik is a delight to communicate with: she was responsive, helpful and highly accommodating. Would recommend this home in a heartbeat!

Wonderful stay! The place was clean, quiet, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and helpful throughout. The neighborhood felt safe and had everything I needed nearby. Highly recommend and would love to stay again!

Perfect spot for group events. The interior and comfort of the house is superior. You can enjoy evening walks in a beautiful forest just in a 10 min walking distance from the house. There is also restaurant available in the basement. We took breakfast and drinks from the restaurant, but preferred Slabodka for dinner which is on 20 min walk from the house serving local food in a very hommy atmosphere. Finally the staff is very know and and helpful. Highly recommended option of you are looking for a modern comfy spot in the middle of Lori.

The house is amaizing, very clear and comfortable, close to the center. 2 bedrooms rooms, well equiped kitchen and nice terrace with a pleasant view. Khachatur is a very frindly host, he answered for all questions. We were really satisfied with our staying in his house, highly recommend it

New, clean and organized apartment.

The place was very clean, delightful and Artur was really helpful. He even picked us up from the entrance of Vanadzor and helped take all the luggage upstairs.

This is a small and nice studio apartment. Very clean and quite. Has a beautiful view from the balcony. Though it is a street view, the gigantic trees make in front of the building make you feel like you're in the forest 🌲❤️ Armine was very kind and responsive 🌻

We enjoyed the two weeks we stayed in this apartment. Communication was always quick and good, which is nice. The apartment is fully equipped. The bed is good and the temperature is also nice in the summer (it doesn't get too hot inside). Please note that there are no curtains so you can wake up early from the light. Soon we felt completely at home there and it was the base of day trips in the area. Soonwe t righ The apartment is quietly located in a village where there is really not much to do. You really need a car to explore the area and to get to the accommodation at all. For us this was not a problem. We liked the fact that the locals soon start to recognize you and are always a bit surprised that you are there. For some better groceries, the center of Alaverdi is nearby.

The apartment is on the ground floor, with its own entrance and the ability to park your car comfortably. Nice wifi. Nice hot shower. Plenty of towels, linens and dishes. When it's hot outside, the apartment remains pleasantly cool. In general, everything was nice. Here we managed to take a break and reconnect after a long journey and before the next big car trip. Thank you very much ❤️ [There was no laundry detergent; and shampoo, body wash, hand soap, etc. were not updated when we arrived. But it seems like it shouldn't have been. It just didn't match my expectation, so I note.]
